We were in room 407 which was a good location as it wasn't too close to the elevators or laundry which could have had noise issues. The one fault was it had an adjoining room and we got a lot of sound from the people in there through the door.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, which might still be COVID-related. They had pre-packaged waffles rather than a waffle iron to make fresh ones. Also limited choices in general. We actually walked over to Bob Evans the 2nd morning and had breakfast there instead.
Room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything worked well and was in good condition.
We'd stay there again if in the area. It's very conveniently located right off 95 and with plenty of shopping and dining nearby.

The check-in process was seamless and Suma was very professional and helpful. The hotel is a little older and the carpet and ceilings in the hallways could use a little TLC. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It served our purpose just fine. I would give it a higher rating if the interior was updated but, overall it was a very nice stay. One additional comment - there is no sign directing you into the parking area/entrance for the hotel. The hotel is located next door to a Bob Evans restaurant and the two buildings share an entrance and exit.

Not the newest place and carpet in room past due for replacement along with ac unit.
We didn’t like the ac unit as it wasn’t very efficient.
The room was nice for us because it had the kitchenette sink, burners, and refrigerator with a freezer. All were helpful with a family of four. Man and women at the desk were nice and she made a hot chocolate for my son that was really nice and thoughtful. Breakfast was included, but basic but that helped make our stay. Would stay again if in the area. Was a good value.

Facility was well maintained an in process of a renovation.
We were lucky that our neighbors were respectful as the light and sound traveled under the door from the adjoining room....which we did not request.
Would return but would be sure to request no adjoining room.
Breakfst offerings were reasonable but very limited coffee and creamer selection.
Type the specific address into your GPS...do not use the link on Marriott's Website you will not land at the hotel and will be 5 minutes away from the hotel. Front desk attendant help us with this after we circled around locating it.

We arrive at the hotel late in the evening around 9:00p after a long day. The check-in staff were cordial. Things seemed ok with the room at first. After waking up in the middle of the night, turned on the light to use the bathroom, and we were greeted by roaches (two in the bathroom and one on the kitchen counter. I immediately called the front desk to tell them, and the desk clerk said the hotel was completely full, so they couldn't move us to another room. They offered a refund, but I said we have no where else to go in the middle of the night. They said come by the desk in the morning, and we will work out the refund/discount at checkout. We reluctantly and uncomfortably stayed, but kept the lights on all night, and barely slept. Very restless night. There was another sighting during the night. Then a baby bug sighted the next morning. Oh, did I mention what appeared to be black mold on the wall above the shower. We got out of there the next morning as soon as possible. When we stopped by the desk to check out, I asked about the refund promised from the night before, but they said the manager was not in and would not be there until the next day, and she would call me back. Of course she didn't call me back, so I had to call them. Then when I spoke to her, she said she didn't know about the refund I discussed with the staff. She said when they went in the room, they didn't see any roaches...so I could not get a refund. I shared that I thought the room quality was not befitting of a Marriott Brand property in cleanliness or customer service (I stay at Marriott hotels all the time). I expressed how disappointed I was, with her customer service, and our hotel stay, but it did not seem to matter. There are many other brands out there to choose from. Don't Stay Here. But if for some reason you have to, keep the lights on, and take photos of any sightings, or they won't believe you.

Beautiful Hotel. Very quiet at night time. The rooms are large and very clean with lots of white sheets & white bed coverings. Comfort in the highest level. Plenty of white towels, and bath tub has three built in dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, & body soap. I just loved taking showers with everything at my finger tips. The tv is huge and also has tons of free movies. It came with full size refrigerator, two burners to cook on, full size microwave, full size couch, desk/with chair and a small table. (all kinds of cooking supplies & dishes).
Front desk is friendly and very help-full. The cleaners were just a joy to talk with, great job cleaning the hotel.
The breakfast is included.
For sure you will enjoy your stay at this hotel.

My first choice for long term stays in the Wilmington/Newark area. Comfortable rooms with GREAT water pressure in the shower, (I hate it when the shower is more like a mist), free washer/dryer, big tv with HBO and Showtime included and super helpful, friendly and professional staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable (thank you David). Stay here you won't regret it.
