Hotel was very very nice. Lobby was eye pleasing and room had a really comfortable bed and linens. Hotel was clean throughout. Wine & cheese and chocolate chip cookies in the evening was a pleasant touch. Parking was great as you have a choice between outdoor parking or underground garage. Good breakfast included in our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in.. The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly. My standout staff members were Eddie who drove us to and from the beach and Karina and Patricia did an excellent job with cleaning and providing any items needed such as towels, paper cups, k-cups etc.... Front desk staff members were friendly as well!!! We loved the location as well. It is conveniently located to the strip that leads down to the beach. We actually ventured out and walked the strip to do some shopping. Great selections of stores! We will definitely be back next year!!!!

Hotel Rehoboth is highly over-rated - It is an overpriced standard hotel at best. Nothing is luxury from the "waxy flavorless cheese and crackers" to the pillows to the shower to the pool. They claim laundry service, but the front desk said they do not have this service. The place is in need of a remodel. The restaurant does not have one cabernet on the menu. The signs all over ask "please let us know what can we do for you" and when you ask for something small you are repeatedly faced with a "no" I could go on, but you get the idea. Seriously disappointing for a "luxury hotel". On the top they add a 10% service fee for the "Free Shuttle and Free Breakfast", a Lodging Tax of 8% and a Beach Hotel Tax of 3% .

First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for staying with us and taking the time out of your day to write this review. We are very proud of our rating and pride ourselves on being the premier boutique hotel in Rehoboth Beach and we are certainly disheartened to hear you feel otherwise. We offer guest laundry services as in we have a guest laundry area on our third floor with a washer and dryer, as well as laundry soap available for purchase at the front desk. We can also send your laundry out to be cleaned, but you wanted overnight services, and unfortunately, there is no where that offers overnight laundry services in our county. Many guests always compliment on our well appointed rooms, which ownership continues to remodel many things, yearly. For example, this past year we installed new carpet, wall paper, and wall signs throughout our entire public area. As far the restaurant not offering a cabernet, first and foremost, we do not own the restaurant, they simply rent the space from us and secondly, the restaurant is called "Lupo Italian Kitchen", and they serve Italian wines, therefore you may want to try an Italian varietal that they offer. We pride ourselves in not only meeting but exceeding all of our guests' expectations and we are truly sorry that you felt any other way. Again, thank you for your valuable feedback and we wish you nothing but the best in your future travels.

As always, the hotel is impeccably maintained by a staff that is both courteous and attentive to your needs. Very centrally located within walking distance to the beach (a shuttle is also available), shopping and many restaurants. We stay there often. I highly recommend it.

This is it, the best hotel in rehoboth beach. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms spotless, and the location is excellent. If a slight walk to the beach is a chore, just get them to drive you over in the adorable yellow giant golf cart. The folks working are so kind and engaging with our 6-year old that he feels as comfortable and confident as he does at home. There’s a pool for little ones, free good breakfast in the morning and free parking as well. We go every year with no intention of stopping!

Stayed here for three nights with family. Compared to many other hotels we’ve stayed at on the Delmarva peninsula, this hotel was the best so far. Incredibly clean, spotless rooms and grounds, friendly and accommodating staff, convenient beach shuttle. They even had turndown service which we did not expect but loved the chocolates.

Hotel Rehobeth is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast in the morning at Lupo is delicious. The location is perfect, the staff is so nice. Pool, restaurant, lobby, wine and cheese in the evening etc.... are plus.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay. The hotel is nice, but not extravagant. The thing that made it stick out from our more recent hotel stays elsewhere was the employees are very friendly, welcoming and pleasant! The gentleman who drove the shuttle was a blast and very sweet. It was our kid's favorite part of the vacation. The front desk staff was pleasant, courteous, and actually seemed like they wanted to help you.

Our stay at Hotel Rehoboth was idyllic. The hotel was very clean - even the parking garage was pristine. We could walk to the beach, shops and numerous restaurants. All were wonderful. We especially liked Lupo Italian Kitchen, which is located on the street level of the hotel. We had a wonderful dinner there as well as the free hotel breakfasts. Service at the hotel (and restaurant) was cordial and welcoming.
