We were given a room next door to the laundry room. The laundry carts have hard wheels and make a loud noise on the hard floor of the laundry room. Every evening it sounded like someone was roller skating above us for hours on end. I guess the walls are especially thin. Complained to different front desk people several times who basically told us there was nothing to be done. Could not switch rooms. Could not stop the carts. Could not stop the racket every evening. Recommend staying somewhere else.

Great location, attentive staff and super clean. We enjoyed the splurge for our 2 room suite at this hotel, just a little over one long block to the beach. It is family friendly, but with well-behaved children, there was never a noise problem. Having only one small elevator was a minor inconvenience. They have good coffee in the lobby all day. There is no restaurant attached, but next door you'll find a place offering mostly mediocre breakfast choices, but specialty items were better. Parking is tight, but the staff was willing to park the car for us. Plus it was handy to use their beach chairs and towels. And they have gym passes.

We made a last minute change to our stopover on return to MA from NC beach drive to go to Rehoboth Beach - both from NJ but had never been to Delaware beaches. Based on TA forum posts, decided to give Brighton Suites a try. It was absolutely perfect. Rooms are freshly renovated, clean, huge, nice layout, and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. The location is super- a block from the boardwalk and from the main thoroughfare so super convenient but not noisy. Right up the block is the Henlopen Oyster restaurant, where we had a great dinner, and we had a nightcap at the Blue Hen across the street on the patio. We went up to the sundeck just to check it out in the morning - very nice spot. I see what people mean about the tight parking in the garage, but we managed fine with a mid-size suv. People mentioned slow elevator and no stairs, but we found elevator was fine and there are stairs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The rooms were clean and updated. I gave it a 3 star rating because the parking garage should be for about 5 cars less. You are literally crammed in a spot if you drive any suv. Thank goodness we didn’t bring our bikes as that would have been a nightmare.

Many positives. Secure parking garages. 2 1/2 blocks to the beach. Large spacious rooms with separate living area with couch. Two large screen Televisions 24 hour coffee in lobby. If I had to find fault it would be only one slow elevator and front desk personnel could be more helpful and pleasant. Also as a positive entire motel is clean

These rooms are clean and renovated. They exceeded our expectations. The sitting area is large with a door in between the bedroom. Large tv’s in both rooms. Located exactly where you need to be. We packed beach chairs only to discover they had them to borrow- and they are NICE chairs. Only drawback - they have the thermostat locked to not go below 68. Our bedroom didn’t feel 68 and we weee very uncomfortable sleeping. It was a cooler night so we opened our sliding door. I understand people are abusive with thermostats but it was a long hot night.

Clean, comfortable, looked to be newly renovated. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel had parking, though street parking was also available. Good price point for pre-season stay. Centrally located to spend the weekend walking around downtown Rehoboth Beach.

Super excited to have found this place last minute during the kids spring break. It’s a super cute, sparkling clean place that’s a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. I love that there are two rooms and two TVs, so the early risers can go to bed early if they want. We really enjoyed the heated pool, and having a place to park was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

As we continued travel, we drove to my old haunts in Rehoboth Beach DE. While on the road, I made a nights reservation at this hotel, near restaurants and the boardwalk. We arrived, were very pleased with the accommodations, and learned of the proximity to food! It was a great stay, comfortable bed and easy access to some wonderful restaurants. WE liked it so much we stayed another night.

Our first trip to Rehoboth Beach so we were not sure where to stay, etc. Choose this hotel from Booking.com and was not disappointed. Two blocks from beach--easy walk and close to stores and restaurants. Hotel thought of everything including @ no charge beach chairs and beach towels, toiletries, extra pillows, blankets, coffee plus condiments, on-site parking @ no charge. etc.--you name it it was supplied. Covid protocols on cleaning--even railings were wiped down daily. Only one drawback we called for two days for room service--on vaca we do not make beds or empty garbage. At the prices charged here we shouldn't have to do on vaca. For a good night's sleep ask for a room in the back.
