Perfect location. Very nice hotel. Great pool. Have stayed here many times. You can’t beat the price. If you are looking to hit the boardwalk and the shops without having to drive this is the perfect place to stay

The Oceanus is a wonderful place to stay when you are in Rehoboth Beach. It's located only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk, and their 3 day package makes it really affordable. This is where we stay whenever we travel there. Thank you to the super friendly staff.

Usual hotel we use when visiting Rehobeth with friends. Always consistent. Great location as it is walkable to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Pool area is nice and rooms are a good size. Friendly staff and well kept for a motel style beach hotel.

I visited the hotel in 2021, they made many improvements since then. It is a great hotel with everything you need for a beach vacation. The location is close to the beach and walking to the stores and restaurants.

The best part is the location, close to shops and a fairly easy walk to the beach. The room was clean and the staff friendly and responsive. Beds were comfy. Easy parking. Worst part was the old AC units which are noisy and turn on and off all night and don’t remove the humidity. The second night we used the fan only setting to keep the noise consistent, but we got hot.

Traveled here with my soccer team(7 rooms/22players). Incredibly helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and in an incredible location. This is our 2nd year here and we will definitely return. The staff does an incredible job with customer service.

Always pleasant experience, staff friendly and neat, rooms clean as well as pool and entire facility. The location is great. Parking is available to each room. Complimentary coffee and tea. We keep coming back year after year!
