A great place to stay! The staff made a great first impression. Stephon (sp??) greeted us as we checked in, very thorough about all of the amenities and making dining recommendations. He even remembered us when we came back and asked how our dinner was. The morning crew of Hannah and Ray were just as nice--felt like family. The hotel is clean and well kept. In fact they are currently doing floor upgrades that will make it even nicer. The pictures are accurate. The water was hot. Free Wifi. Just two short blocks to the beach. Nice refrigerator--not those square box things that hold two bottles of water. They have a decent-sized pool with a good adequate chairs to lounge in. To top it off you get a parking spot included!! We will definitely be back. Don't change a thing!

I almost rated Atlantis Inn "Average", but downgraded to a "Poor" because I just checked in to a brand new Hampton Inn (hundreds of miles away) that is so modern and clean it just blows Atlantis Inn away. And I paid a lot less per night for this comfortable room. The Atlantis Inn staff was lovely! No complaints there. My family was there because my son was in a baseball tournament at Sports-at-the-Beach, and the team's coordinator blocked rooms at Atlantis Inn. The big upside was that it is right in the heart of all the shops, restaurants, arcade, etc., and just a block and a half from the boardwalk and beach. So it was an excellent location if it helps your family to be around all of those things. We paid more than $200/night for what is a clean, but cramped, old, and dim motel. You practically had to step into the bath to close the bathroom door. The double beds were fulls, not queens. Even with all the lamps on, the room felt kind of dim and sad. You might like it if you don't care about a modern or luxurious facility, just an average motel in a central location in touristy, crowded, but kinda cute Rehoboth Beach. I just can't imagine thinking it's a good value.…

The rooms are reasonable and the staff is friendly - front desk was awesome and maintenance guys are great if you need anything. The rooms are not extravagant, but we had room for 5 people in the suite and were able to have friends over every evening for happy hour and cards. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Dunkin is right around the corner and you can bring a cup for the coffee that is in the lobby each morning. Kids love the little pool on the 3rd floor. We got ice from the ice machine and had enough for our cooler as we walked to the beach. We have been coming here for over 10 years and look forward to it each year. Clean towels, clean sheets, and friendly staff. You can't ask for more!

Room was very clean. This was our 2nd year that we stayed there . Hopefully we will be able to.return next year also! The pillows were soft & the mattresses were perfect! My daughter would have brought hers home if she could have! Staff was nice & the cleaning girls were very accomadatng.

Hotel is ok for the expensive price that was paid. Didn't use pool, smaller than pictured. Fly in bedroom that was really annoying. Staff was super friendly. Management was very disappointing. Had to leave one day early due to a phone call in the middle of the night for a family emergency. Due to the strick policy NO REFUNDS FOR EVEN ONE NIGHT!!! Very Heartbreaking due to having to leave our only vacation we had planned for months. This hotel is highly rated but keep in mind that anything happens that u need to leave you are left go with no refund and have to pay for the one night left. I was planning on returning next summer but i will have to look elsewhere that is more sympathetic to customers. Overall Hotel is Fair. No breakfast just coffee for a few hours and tvs are small. …

We do have a no refund policy once guests are checked into the hotel as the full amount is charged at check in. In the event of an emergency we will offer to move the remaining balance to a future date. I do not see where any additional assistance was requested after check-out. If you give the hotel a call we would be happy to discuss this with you further.

We have stayed at the Atlantis Inn for many years now. First, it is in a great location with off street parking. Within walking distance to everything you need. The staff is wonderful, always kind, always helpful. Rooms are very clean. Every room has chairs to sit out on the balcony. We look forward every year, and you can also book months in advance.

I loved everything about this place - location - friendly - outdoor pool - clean - private balcony - quiet - overlooking Rehoboth Ave. Close to the beach. Close to many restaurants and lots of shopping in walking distance

We have been staying at the Atlantis Inn 2-3 times a summer for the last 10 years or so. EXCELLENT location. Parking Off-Street, often literally outside your door. We always get the King Deluxe Room. Bed is very comfortable, pillows are great, big sitting area with sofa And chair, mini-fridge. Love that the toilet/shower are in a room with a door, and outside is a Large, long counter with a sink with plenty of room for 2 to unpack a TON of "bathroom stuff" - brushes, combs, razors, products, etc. 1.5 blocks to the Ocean and Boardwalk - lots of shops, restaurants, bars right outside the door.

Location is everything in Rehobeth Beach and Atlantis Inn has the best location right in the middle of everything including block and a half to beach. Parked the car in their lot and never moved it until check out. We enjoyed our stay there, friendly staff, nice rooftop pool with plenty of tables and chairs to relax. Rooms were clean and fresh. Will definitely be back.
