No waves, Caribbean clarity, sandy beaches, clean facilities. A stunning view. The parking lot is pretty much on the beach which makes getting all the equipment to the beach nice and easy. The campgrounds are clean and simple, also close to the beach. There aren't...More

We had a great time at Bahia Honda. The water is beautiful. The beach was nice. There were mosquitos but it was also pretty windy so when the winds were up the bugs were down. I am looking forward to visiting again.

It is a long walk in the hot weather. I would suggest driving. We drove to the beach from buttonwood area because of all of our chairs, sun shelter, etc.

Site 47 is a decent site. It is located in the Buttonwood camping area. An easy walk to the boat ramp, store and beach as well as sunset wall. The showers in this area are large with several stalls. There is also an... More
