We stayed here in February 2017 for a 3 day weekend get away. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset and right in the middle of Boca Grande near the shops and restaurants. The apartment had a full kitchen with the all necessary cooking pots/pan, utensils, plates and cups you could need...

There are not many options that rent by the day. Most places have 4-7 day minimums. The island is beautiful. Lot's of history. This place was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would stay there again, should the opportunity to visit Boca Grande fit into future plans. I think the then owner said they were thinking about selling and retiring. Not...

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite over Memorial weekend, lots of room and perfect floor plan. There were only 2 of us but this room could comfortably accommodate 4 people. Great kitchen with all the amenities, nice size bathroom and living room. Within walking distance to pretty much everything, very convenient location! The owners are super nice and helpful. I...

This is our second stay at the Inn and it was perfect again. Len and Bev are so very nice and helpful. The location is quite central to stores, restaurants, the beach, bike paths and churches. The island vibe is so laid back and much less hectic than other gulf islands which is a nice bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our...

Convenient location, friendly innkeepers - Len and Bev give you the insider scoop on bargains and spots to see. We stayed in Tarpon, which has two bedrooms - at front of house. Nice outside patio area in front. Don't count on the internet, it was quite sporadic. Easy walking distance to various restaurants, shops, and beach. The biking/golf cart path...

My husband and I stayed here for a week in August. Len and Bev were very friendly and helpful. We've been to Boca many times, but this was our first time staying the Palmetto. Air conditioning was nice and cold. The room was clean when we arrived. The suits was spacious and we had more than enough towels and space...

We picked this location after reading other reviews. Very pleased with everything. Number one of course is the location, second would be cleanliness and thirdly the hosts. We booked during off season so we had the island almost to ourselves. We sat outside on the front patio on two separate evenings. Most popular sight is the ever popular golf cart...

We enjoyed this trip immensely! We booked it last minute for a quick getaway and it was really inexpensive. It was cozy and the innkeepers are very friendly. While it could use updating, the space is very spacious and offered everything we needed to feel at home. Since its in the middle of town, we could walk everywhere. Or rent...

We stayed here last holiday season and it was great. The island is a hidden gem - lovely beaches, cute town and a beautiful location. We liked staying in a place with our own kitchen. This is more like a little apartment than a b & B experience. The hosts are very nice and we lucked out with warm, sunny...

I've stayed in every room in the place. It's not the most comfortable accommodation but it is definitely the cleanest. And that's worth points. Len and Bev are terrific hosts. The location is excellent and the price can't be beaten. TOURISTS-PLEASE DO NOT KILL THINGS ON THE BEACH! STARFISH AND SAND DOLLARS DO NOT LIVE ON LAND!

“All the room are quiet and clean with plenty of space. The appliances are current and you could cook if you did not want to eat out for every meal, perfect for family travel! The towels are large and they even have night lights for safety. Len & Bev will go out of their way to please you. The Palmetto is highly recommended”
