Excellent property with many varied activities to keep you occupied. The best for me was water taxi to Hyatt's own private island.During 15 minute ride, you often saw varied wildlife including dolphins. One negative-many private functions by pool areas which can be annoying(set-up and noise

Too expensive for what it is!! You can find all-inclusive hotels with same quality for 7days, same price as 2nights in this hotel... Swimming pool is good. Have to take a boat 15min from a beach and no bar at the beach. 12-16$ a cocktail...

Stayed for a few nights during spring break season. The good: One of the best markets ever at a hotel (cool beans). The Spa was lovely. Service poolside was great. The bad: The food at the restaurants ranged from barely average to absolutely inedible (except market). The pool areas (patio/chairs, etc) were run down and need renovating. Rooms are small,...

I didn't love it and I didn't hate it. We were put on the top floor in a corner room. Beautiful view, but the room was small and set up weird, with furniture that has metal sharp corned plates for pull handles (not kid friendly), the bed was uncomfortable. There was a loud beeping that we could hear in our...

Good hotel with mediocre food and wine says it all. Beach access is via boat to an island BAr service was poor on Saturday night when I arrived. two bar attendants for about 60+ people. They could not cope.

The hotel is very nice looking, clean lobby and common areas. What it lacks in is trained staff and details. We were told we didn't have reservations at 11:30 at night, after the hotel personally called us 24hrs prior to reconfirm. Four people in our party, finally given a room with one king bed at 1:45am. Best they could do!...
