I used this hotel because I attended a memorial service for a friend of mine at the nearby Spiritualist Church. I loved this cute, quirky, old fashioned hotel. The hot water took a little time to get there, but it got there. There is no elevator, so it is not a good place for people with knee problems, but, my... More

The hotel lobby is cool with Victorian furniture - although well- worn. The rooms are old and relatively clean, but the bedding is outdated, the shower is nasty and the sink was in the middle of the room - and no television. The restaurant called Sinatra's was good - but don't waste your time/money on mini-readings in the lobby, The... More

I just returned from spending two nights at the Hotel Cassadaga. It was everything I expected. They are currently in the process of beautiful renovations, but that was not a problem for me. Painting was all that took place during my stay. I love this place. I needed to get away for a couple of days to relax and unwind... More

I had a reading by Misty and she was spot on! I just lost my husband and she helped me so much. It was as though she had just watched a movie about my whole life and gave me all the high spots in the movie. She was awesome!

What an amazing place. It was my first time there. Had heard a lot about it but never could make it. Staff was very friendly. Had fun on Saturday night with karaoke. Had experience to meet with Ronnie, Ginny, and Aylah. All wonderful. Can't wait to return. Although I didn't see any ghost there was still an eerie feeling in... More

The hotel room was "quirky" but cute and had everything needed very unique. The ghosts didn't show themselves in hall while we were there but we had a great time downstairs in Sinatra's Ristorante they had to die for Italian short ribs, pasta, eggplant, whitefish spread OMG! Can't say enough about how varied the menu was and excellant food was... More

My wife and I live in South Florida and wanted a weekend getaway. The Hotel was charming, the staff a blessing. Thursday dinner at its Sinatra Restaurant was too much fun!!! We learned in the past year, the Hotel recruited a five star chef. My wife, a gourmet cook, kept ordering and ordering from the menu. Each dish was better... More

I was read by Ayla yesterday and she was amazing! She is truly a gifted lady. Everything she told me was right on the spot The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food in the restaurant is superb! When I went I was very uptight and felt frustrated about things in my life. I left there feeling very much at peace

The hotel was charming, the restaurant was average. The room was what we expected, similar to a economy bed & breakfast. My friend upgraded so we could have a porch access. The problem started when we wanted to shower. The water pressure was like a trickle. We couldn't get any hot water. We went to the lobby but the gift... More

Hotel was beautiful, staff was wonderful. Charming decor in lobby and restaurant. Food was great, service terrific in restaurant. Bed not comfortable, noisy air conditioner, lighting poor in room. Hot water takes about 5 minutes to heat up for shower and washing. Still a great stay- loved the readings. My friend had a reading with Jackie and said she was... More
