We loved it. Was all dressed up on Saturday night to go in to town and have dinner and the live music right out the back cottage door coming from the tiki bar was so great, we couldn't leave and ordered a pizza instead. Sunsets, cocktails, sweet breeze and music lovers gathered to all live in the moment. Hotel was...

We stayed in room 4. It was spotless. The room had a door that opened off the parking lot into the kitchen and another door that opened from the bedroom into the patio area. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. The shower was all tiled and very clean. We even had bathrobes to wear. The Tiki bar...

This place is charming and fun but really, it is all about the Tiki Bar. Which was great for a few days but I couldn't see spending a week here. Everyone comes to the bar from elsewhere, and we were in Site 1 so we could just step outside and find someone to chat with, visit with, drink with. Wednesday...

We did not stay in the Low Key Hideaway motel rooms, but patronized the Hideaway Tiki Bar which anchors the Southwest (?) corner of the inner courtyard of the five or six room motel, all of which face the water. The rooms parallel Highway 24 on the East; a few Hideaway RV slots are to the south of the Tiki...

Excellent place to stay and chill for couples. They have a huge back porch, dock, and tiki bar where you can watch a Cedar Key sunset. They only have 5 rooms which makes is very charming and quaint. Rooms are very clean with kitchenettes. I encourage everyone to check this place out.

Room: very functional, clean, great bed. outdoor patio great place to hang out. rooms recently completely renovated. tiki bar: i was at first concerned that noise maybe a problem especially with live music outside. BUT....there was no problem at all...the tiki bar...

We decided to spend a long weekend in Cedar Key. A friend recommended the Low Key Hide Away and what a great recommendation! The location is beautiful and the Tiki Bar is perhaps to coolest Tiki bar I have ever been to. The owner and all the staff were really nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and did I...

Shame on Tripadvisor! I wrote a glowing review of Low-Key, and they rejected it, somehow claiming that it was not based on "first-hand experience." Huh? I stay here frequently, and was just there, this past weekend. "Experienced" both the Tiki Bar - sitting with the owners and listening to the music, and getting great service from the best bartender (Sam),...

We didn't stay at Low Key Hideaway, but we enjoyed our visit to t the Tiki Bar. Friendly service, comfortable setting, and, the night we were there, good entertainment and a beautiful sunset the night we were there. As we left, a bonfire had been lit and easy conversations around the fire were warming up. I would definitely book a...

This place is a hidden gem. I can't say enough about the low-key hide away. If you think about the name it is exactly that. Love the Tiki Bar and sunsets. The owner is very accommodating. I stayed there a few nights in November and have nothing but positive comments. Make sure you go and eat at Tony's in town...
