We stayed in #205, which exceeded our expectations. Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, xtra large deck, comfortable furnishings, ocean views, Alexa, 24 hour security, and assigned parking. This is perfect for a couple. The only thing you need to bring is food. Publix grocery is a large grocery store. Backwaters is across the street for a great...

My husband and I stayed in unit 907 owned by Lee and Sharon Vincent thru VRBO/Home Away rentals. This condo was beautifully equipped and had views of the bay on one side and Gulf on the other. It had 24 hour gated security and was in a great location for good restaurants, local events, and sightseeing. The Vincent's were lovely...

Best vacation ever! Rented direct from the owner unit #704. The 7th floor has a great view as it is neither too high or too low, also there is no patio off the living room to obstruct the magnificent views. The patio is off the bedroom with a high top table for dining while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Located on quiet Sand Key, this high rise building is nestled amongst several other condos adjacent to some higher end hotels. The expansive private beach area was beautiful and clean, great for shelling and sun bathing. The heated pool was clean and lovely. Hot tub for use as are tennis courts and a volleyball court. The building is secure with...

We stayed on the 18th floor ( although it was the 16th floor, no 13th floor and ground floor is 1st floor ) in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious and looked right out onto the gulf of Mexico. Dolphins & pelicans around nearly every day. From the front of the apartment you looked over the inter...

You can see the dolphins from your lanai. The beach access is limit in the high rise condo area so you have the beach to yourselves. Building, grounds, and amenities are well cared for and immaculate.

Great location. Not crowded. 24 hour security. Clean. Great place to stay to see ocean. Right on beach. Pool, hot tub, grills, tennis court, clean rooms, clean building. Sand Key public park just right down road and beautiful Clearwater (public beach) short distance away too. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed in condo 1605 and booked direct with the owner. It was brilliant. The view from the ceiling to floor windows is to die for - we watched dolphins every day along with the stingrays, pelicans, herons and the resident Ospreys cathcing fish. The condo itself is very, very comfortable with everything down to the dishwasher powder. It was...

This is my 14th. vacation in Florida and I have never found a nicer and cleaner place then this one. The condo has everything. It is perfectly located on the beach. The beach is right in front of the pool! Spectacular views from the balcony and the living room. We watched the boats and dolphins right from our living room...
