We chose this Motel because of its excellent online rating and location. Unfortunately it turned out to be totally overpriced. Negative: -The oven in the kitchen was rusty and terrible to even look at -The room seemed run down, old, and not maintained for years. Even the phone was almost an antique (and sticky like not cleaned recently) Positive: -The...

Excellent only 1 downfall no swimming pool. Make sure book room # 6 ? Corner closest to the sand beautiful huge picture window wrap around & inexpensive. Staff wonderful, BBQ cabana, picnic tables, short walk to Coconuts on the beach, & many tourist gift shops whom don't charge mucho $$$$ Go, go, go & enjoy the space coast.

After the Kennedy Space Center, my family was tired and hungry. We decided on Cocoa Beach because of its proximity, but were not sure what to expect. I wanted beachfront and Sea Aire popped up on Bookings. The price was right. Our room was upgraded to an ocean front as they had a vacancy. I am currently lying on one...

Sea Aire motel is located right on the beach. It is an older motel but is well kept and has all the commodities-fridge, stove, dishes, etc. It even has a barbque that can be used by clients with a great place to sit and enjoy. The staff was superb-all very helpful. The beach is beautiful. You can walk for miles. We...

We turned up at the Sea Aire Motel whilst heading north through Florida. We were met at reception by a very nice and helpful lady who offered us a couple of different rooms, one of which we took. The rooms are cheap and cheerful but have everything you would want for the price and are spotlessly clean. The grounds are...

Rented three rooms for Spring Break. Very friendly office staff, esp. Gary. Loved the grills and pavilion overlooking the ocean. Motel is in a great place - can walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner and Oasis Shaved Ice. They did not clean the rooms while we were there which was a little odd for a hotel. One person thought the...

Stopped in to change in my son's room while visiting yesterday. The room was nice for what they were paying for a room right on the beach during spring break. It is an older set of buildings but they are kept well and the picnic area is great. This place has a great deal for those who want the beach...

a dump, but it would so easy for this place to be really great. The great part is the wonderful beach access and casual atmosphere. The bad part is the furnishing. The beds are old and uncomfortable, the wonderful view of the beach is spoiled by windows that are in need of replacement, and the kitchenettes lack many fundamentals. Not...

We liked this hotel very much. Although we arrived very late, we were kindly welcommed by the owner. Tour room was big, comfortable and clean. The location was so nice: next to the beach. We could see the sea from our room. We ate breakfast at Simply Delicious, a small restaurant two blocks away, which was delicious!

My boyfriend and I wanted to take a mini vacation to Cocoa Beach since it's only a couple hours from home. It took me three days to figure out where to stay for two nights that wasn't outrageous. Personally I was tired of staying at the typical large hotels- such as Hilton- so I didn't give up. I came across...
