Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The pull out bed did not work, the room was dirty, the 1980's window units that were stuck in the wall made so much noise it was hard to sleep and the bath room had pubic hair on the floor!! I went and tried to get them to address the problems and they...

I was looking for an inexpensive place to crash so that I could go to an early morning Manatee snorkel with River Ventures (whom I would also recommend). The location is fantastic, but the rooms are bare bones at the best. This is a great place if you are looking for a low-key crash-pad with a bar attached :-) ....

We picked this hotel because of its location on the water, but we should have considered other aspects of the property. This place is old and needs updating badly. The carpet was horribly stained, the doorway into the bathroom was damaged. The bathroom vanity was marred, the bathtub had layer after layer of caulking on the joints. In addition, the...

This place is in the perfect location. The rooms are really old and need updating but I'm not one to complain about it. I really liked my stay and you can rent kayaks and canoes right next door. The only problem I really have with crystal river in general and not the hotel, is people are jerks. Some of these...

This is an old Florida waterfront motel made from concrete block with stucco interior. There are many needed minor repairs but everything was functional and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They were helpful with knowledge of the area too. The room wasn’t as good as I had hoped for but considering age and the waterfront it was...

This motel could stand a facelift. The rooms are clean, but in need of a little updating. The rugs in our room were full of spots. The beds were OK, but the pillows were like rocks. We thought we had made a reservationfor a king sized bed like the one shown in the photo, but instead we were given a...

This hotel is on an amazing waterfront property. You would think it would be much more expensive to spend the night here. The price is low because the hotel is very run down, inside and out. The rooms leave a LOT to be desired. The beds and sheets are ok, the pillows seem to be from the 1960's. Everything in...

I stayed at the Port Hotel and Marina two nights and have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is centrally located and has a restaurant and bar on-site. It's also RIGHT on the water, which makes for wonderful sunsets. The hotel itself is older, however the rooms are functional and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This place could use some updating. It is in need of paint and modernization. The restaurant food is OK but there are much better places very near by. The dive center is probably the best part of this location as they are very close to Threen Sisters Springs where the manatee come in for the winter months.
