Great view of the marina but that's it. Place is old, dirty and not maintained........at all! Could be good but it appears the owners are dis-engaged. We are thankful we brought our own pillows, sheets and air freshener.

Don M, I do apologize for any inconvenience you might have experienced while staying at our property. I would like to take a moment to share that the owners of the Port have been trying to fix a lot of our issues we have had. All rooms have new carpet and have been painted. Also all rooms have mini fridges...

Look- I have read a lot of the reviews. Here are the facts! It is an older place! Expect some outdated items. Room was just fine- again- older, but Fine! Cleanliness was good. I stayed in Building "B" and I'd stay there again. Friends stayed in Building "C" next to the pool, and that seemed just a tad bit nicer...

We stayed here for a week and although the hotel is outdated, it is exceptionally clean, the staff is attentive and friendly and the view from your bed is unbeatable. This place is centrally located to everything in either direction. The Ale House has wonderful food, reasonably priced with an awesome environment. Met a lot of people while we were...

Their website is very deceiving! They sure know how to take pictures and put lipstick on a pig!!The building is old and dilapidated, just horrendous!! My wife and I arrived and preferred to pay the one night late cancellation fee then to stay a single night at this dump!! Avoid at all costs!!

As others have posted, the rooms are dated. If you are expecting the Taj Mahal with Motel 6 pricing, forget it! However, things are not as dire as some say. Yes, pretty much everything in the room is at least 20 years old, except the television but it's not shabby. We found our room very comfortable and clean, the bed...

The location is excellent with quick access to Crystal River. The adjacent restaurant has good food and decent service. The hotel itself hasn't had much maintenance in the 10 years we have been coming. The room appeared clean but smelled. The bed spread reminded me of something that Goodwill wouldn't accept as a donation. We always bring our own sheets,...

Fantastic location, wonderful staff, but the hotel is falling apart. Stairs to upper level is dangerous! Bar and food unavailable after 7pm - very odd. Wi-fi also poor. Rebuild / renovate and I will be happy to go back.

The location was great. The restaurant on the property was nice. The Hotel itself was outdated, but very inexpensive. The room was clean and comfortable, and had great views of the water. There was no light in the room other than the bedside lamp, making eating or reading difficult.
