Really beautiful 3 bedroom house. You need to drive to attractions about 25 mins away. My granddaughter loved the lazy river...could barely get her out--8 years old. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would use again. It's so nice to make your own...More
My family and I had the most horrible experience at this resort. To start front desk staff is very rude and not helpful at all. First of all they couldn't find my reservation, after waiting a very long time they finally said they would upgrade...More
I guess you really have to rent the unit carefully. We originally rented on vrbo. The unit was clean and nice. Very well maintained and kitchen fully stocked. Loved the outdoor pool with lazy river as well as the game room for kids. I would...More
Stayed here November 17, there were 7 of us in a 4 bed townhouse. House was beautiful and very clean. Resort was gorgeous and on a par with Regal Oaks but for us it was just too far out. We prefer universal over Disney and...More

We did not use the restaurant when we were there, because it was closed with a management changeover. A new spa just opened it is great, and run by the same people that have the Bahama Bay spa called CeNote I t hink.

The ad on the Legoland web site is for 'Regal Palms Resort & Spa' which is a trading name of a travel agent in Celebration which takes bookings for RPRSM, one of the management companies. It is not the resort itself and it does not own the accommodation. They do not allow you to choose the specific townhouse, only a category - you get what you are given. Whilst their premium homes have been upgraded, their standard townhouses include those with the original furnishings, which are up to 14 years old. The booking facility at the top of this TripAdvisor page is also with that travel agent.
The communal facilities at Regal Palms are run by Regal Palms Owners Association, which does not take bookings - you can't actually book with the 'resort'.
The 598 townhouses are privately owned holiday rentals - it is NOT a hotel. The furnishings and quality are determined by each owner and vary enormously. All the good homes can be booked directly from the owner (or their management company), via sites like Flipkey, VRBO, HomeAway, AirBnb. You choose the townhouse yourself, deal direct with the owner, ask questions etc.

I'm unsure of the pool hours and someone is always in check in. If you are wanting to check in early that is not possible unless you make prior arrangements. Late nite check in is definitely not a problem. Yes the condo will have plenty of space. Our condo had 1 Queen, 1 king and 2 rooms with sets of twin beds and 3 full bathrooms. Our place was wonderful! We had 5 teen girls and 2 adult Girl Scout leaders it was perfect.
