I had a wonderful interaction with Erron while checking in for a conference. There were tons of people non stop coming to ask questions and request changes. I observed Erron remain cool and calm and handled every issue with Grace. I came back later this evening and Erron is still working and just an all around great representative of the Hilton chain.
We have absolutely not a single negative thing to say about our visit. Everything was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everything was just great. We got in late on Friday night. Valet parked our car right away. We had a 6th floor room with a wonderful view overlooking the pool, pier, and the ocean. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great, a/c worked perfect. Shower pressure and temperature was awesome. South Tower pool was large and clean, hot tub was also large and clean. Plenty of towels and chairs available. Poolside bar was great with friendly and attentive staff. We ordered some wings and tenders that were tasty and reasonably priced. I had to buy some sunglasses at the gift shop after losing mine the 1st time a rogue wave came by and they were also surprisingly reasonable. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Checkout looked like it would be a nightmare with so many of us leaving at once but the staff was well organized and checkout and valet pickup went quickly and smoothly. Had a great trip at Hilton Daytona … we were here just for a night as we were driving with friends to Orlando… had a great breakfast experience at Doc Bales. Philip at the live counter was awesome.. The beach and pools were amazing…
We stayed at the hotel for a day. It was wonderful. Excellent facilities. Beach was magnificent. Food was great. A special thank you to PHILIP for his delicious omlettes and humor. Will definitely come back. Wished we had planned for more days.
The omelets Philip Made were amazing and would want him to be my personal chef:) the staff are amazing and always greet you with a smile. The food is really good and would definitely recommend coming here for the breakfast.
Business one night stop, the staff is super courteous, the breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious 😋 will be back. Next time I will bring the whole family for a couple of days at this gorgeous resort. Don’t forget to go to the omelette station and visit Phill at the Doc Bales Grill, best omelettes in town.
My stay started with an awesome check in experience with Erron at front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure his guests were happy. I had 3 rooms, oceanfront view, North Tower. Family weekend. Nice rooms, beautiful views, comfortable stay, easy beach access. Nice amenities, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Everything we needed for food was all under one roof. Will return soon. I was at this Hilton twice for a business conference. April 2022 and June 2022. Staff is kind , lobby looks spectacular. Ocean views are awesome. However , parking is the pits. Both visits there was little to no AC and that both in the rooms and our conference rooms. Rooms were very standard given the price I had to pay. Old looking , damp smelling and just looked like a level 1 motel room. Both times and I have stayed in both towers the halls smelled of marijuana and tobacco smoke and nothing was done about it. Took two days for me to get a towel delivered to my room I was caught off guard with the name Hilton. And since both times were for business. The conference rooms had little to no WiFi which made the learning material difficult to facilitate. As for WiFi in your room….don’t rely on it. And they want to you to pay to upgrade to a better WiFi. After paying the room price , the better WiFi should be the standard. I will not be back and neither will the businesses I am affiliated with…
