We had a short 3 day stay, the weather was very windy but fine, cooler than we expected. Spacious room, with a very hard and noisy fold down bed .Great kitchen facilities, fantastic view of the beach but I would not stay here again unless a proper less hard bed was in place.

This property is undergoing renovations due to hurricane damage and new ownership, but you can't put a bowtie on a toad and call it a prince! The first room we were given had a very dirty air filter and the air handler itself was extremely dirty. We took pictures and immediately went back to the front desk to ask for...

I had good time, nice room but bed a little hard. Housekeeping and workers extra nice and helpful. It was located right on the beach, was able too be on the 1st floor could walk right out to back deck and sock up sun.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Seas. Will be much improved when renovations are completed. Stand was very responsive to our needs. The beach was amazing. You can walk for miles! Able to make our own meals. Kitchen was adequately equipped.

This property has great potential in a superb location. With a multi-million dollar renovation, it could be beautiful. However, the condos are outdated, dingy, and in disrepair. I've never slept on a more uncomfortable bed in my life! The walls are paper thin!!!!! We could hear every word spoken, every television show watched, every song played, and every move made...

We've stayed at Grand Seas 3 times and are returning in April. It's clean, has a friendly staff, house keeping is on top of it, and the view is beautiful. We are also budget travelers and you can't beat the price. I'm not really understanding the bad reviews on this place- My husband and I have never had anything but...

We take a family trip every year. My parents stay here every year. So my brother and I decided to join them. We had some problems with our stay previous. I was given a "discount" which was not the case! We paid over 1,500 for 6 nights. My brother paid a night deposit and over 1,500 when he checked in....

The on-going renovation and hurricane repair made the resort difficult to navigate. Our room was in need of some serious maintenance. The location is great, but the place was not yet ready for guests.

They were very friendly and if walking by they always said hi or how is your day,. They were very pleasant and made the stay very pleasant.

This hotel/ resort is actually a very dilapidated & run down hotel with Murphy bed, only. I was very disappointed at the quality, price and cleanliness. Add on a mandatory "resort fee temporary charge" that was more than the 2 night stay; and, the high pressure to schedule a Timeshare sell BEFORE being allowed to get to see the room...
