We stayed in 103 it is a Wyndham room you have to go to the Wyndham property to check in the email did not tell us we was lost at first what to do. I love the place it was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day trip. I was so glad our room was in ground...

Absolutely the nastiest place I've ever stayed. First, the pictures on the vrbo website were misleading. Upon arrival we instantly noticed moldy, musty smell. We bought food and the refrigerator "got behind" on cooling. The pots and pans were put in the cabinet with food stuck in the bottom. One even had a bug in it! Dish towels and oven...

This is our second time staying in this unit. First time spring break, now during the summer. Each unit is owned individually. The price of our unit was reasonable compared to others of the same size/amenities. The grounds are kept clean, to include the pool areas. It is across the street from the beach. The view is amazing. There are...

This was my second year in a row staying at gulfview through Newman Daily resort properties. It's directly across the street from the beach, with private beach access that comed with 2 complementary chairs and 1 umbrella, at a first come first serve basis. The unit was very clean and spacious. Yes an older unit but great price.

This is an older complex, but I've noticed it as being attractive other times we have rented in the Miramar Beach area. The landscaping and pools are well maintained, and their beach access is very good, directly across the street with a pedestrian crossing at their entrance. I think they only have 1 and 2 bedroom condos, and we usually...

The Pros: 1)Good location across street from beach. 2)Several beach restaurants within walking distance including Pompano Joes, Captain Dave's, Kenny D's and The Crab Trap. 3)Some units have partial gulf views. 4)units are individually owned so quality varies. 5) good value for the price. Cons) 1) All units seem to have same layout with a very small bedroom that barely...

Drove 10 hours and when I arrived there was no one in the office. After calling a 800 number I found out for some reason booking.com had submitted an old credit card that was two years expired. I tried to explain I have a card that works or cash all I needed was a key to the room. No one...

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Gulfview is owned by individual owners. There is no central office. Your problems must have come from booking.com. They should have let you know right away that your card did not clear. Owner was probably never aware of problem. Sorry.

Great location great beach, condo could have been cleaned better not nasty dirty just missed a couple spots (fingerprints on mirrors, coffee maker needed wiping down). Some of the furniture was broken. But for $158 a night on Labor Day weekend it was great. The place is real quiet and bed is real comfy. The unit 218 Gulfview II

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Gulfview! A great location and value too! We loved working with RealJoy for our reservation. We were right across the street from the beautiful Miramar Beach so it was very convenient :)

Folks if you are going to Destin then this is the place to stay. The location is awesome...just right across the street from the Beach. The Condo's themselves are very roomy with a large kitchen and bathroom. They sleep 6 so it was perfect for our family of four. We will never stay in a hotel again! There are also...

“We always try to get a unit that has a view of the water. You would think that the ground floor would be the best since you don't have to lug your stuff up & down the stairs, but no. If you think you want to enjoy sitting outside, you need to be up a floor. The ground floor units have the air conditioners right on the patios, so it can't be very relaxing. We loved our 2nd floor balcony.”

“I would recommend requesting a room away from the pool area if possible just to reduce noise of children enjoying themselves and having fun in the pool.”
