Only thing about this place being a "resort" is their price. Unfriendly, dog poop everywhere, trash always full, laundry mat inadequate, washers and dryers broke, folding table filthy and sites so close you can knock on your neighbors window without leaving your own coach. Not to mention the homesteaders that make sites look like junkyards. This campground consists of mainly...

We booked this park 2 months in advance based on the online photos. Found out later that "all" discounts and specials are not available during local event times! Upon arrival we commented on what a nice looking park it was. We were given our asigned site #0620. It was in a completely different park a block away, down a lane...

I stayed here mid-June to beginning of September in my class C. This is a good size park with many many trees and lots of shade. Very pretty. Most sites are unpaved full hookups. Lots of people with well-behaved quiet dogs. There is also a long row of cabins, rented for short periods to vacationers. There is a relatively decent...

This was a 3 day get a way with my grandson. The Cottage was super cute, clean and great access right off the expressway. The resort is not geared towards kids but it worked for our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Getting to the resort is super easy as well as getting from there anywhere in Tampa area. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff. We stayed in one of the cottages and could not be happier. Our trailer felt like new. It was clean and cozy, AC worked well. The kitchen was great they provide you with all...

I stayed in one of their one bedroom cottages (mobile home) for two weeks. I needed temporary quarters for about two weeks related to a job relocation. This place was exactly what I needed. My unit (J-17) was virtually brand new and I noticed that the other similar units were very new as well. I had a full kitchen, a...

The staff is very friendly but you must be careful as to what site they will provide to you. If you take a regular site you may have surprise as to the cleanliness and access so consider taking a 'Premium site' there are good activities, and there is a very large French speaking population with a large number of them...

The area we stayed was a mixture of full time and transient units. More than 50% of the population are French only as the language, and with that population being seasonal owners, quite honestly, we felt like outsiders only being there for short term. We went to one event, led by a French speaking teacher which we were not advised...

Our experience here was very nice. the girls in the office are especially nice. The campground is nice and shady. There were some damp campgrounds but it had rained alot. The laundry rooms were cleaned very well but maintenance on the dryers wasn't up to par. But for the most part we had a very good time there. I am...
