The good: a storied history, comfortable beds, attractively updated bathrooms, large pool rimmed in stone, beautiful waterfront location, nice verandas with plenty of seating and helpful, friendly staff.
The not so good: no shampoo, blow dryer, coffee maker or microwave in the cottages.
