Our first time at a bed and breakfast and it was perfect. We couldn't have asked for better experience. The room was very nice, convenient location to town, the food was delicious, and the staff was very welcoming. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to get away and relax.

This house is an excellent example of the olden days and the hosts have put so much love into it the feelings of friendliness and warmth are so present in the surroundings. We recommend the Williams House to anybody staying on Amelia Island.

My wife and I stayed at the Williams House over New Year's for our honeymoon, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We're in our late 20s, had never stayed at a bed-and-breakfast before, and wanted a fairly low-key, relaxing honeymoon after a hectic wedding/holiday season. If this description fits (or nearly fits) you as well, I...

This was a valentine's weekend getaway. The house was beautiful and elegant and our hosts were the best. Food was excellent and we had the valentine's package that included a discounted dinner for 2 at a local restaurant that was beyond superb. The local area was beautiful and historic. We had the best weekend and highly recommend this place to...

We have an annual surprise Valentine trip with another couple and we alternate who is to plan and who is to be surprised - men or women. This year the women selected Amelia Island and we always choose where we will stay by the Select Registry. Williams House is the best one we have been to in nine years with...

I found this property on the internet and decided to take my husband here for a surprise for our 25th Anniversary. He was pleasantly surprised and he really enjoyed it. We had a wonderful bottle of champagne chilled and waiting in our room when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. It was clean, pleasant...

My wife and I were hoping to spend a week in a place with warm weather (warmer than 11 degree NY city), a slower pace, natural beauty and good eats. We found it all on Amelia Island, FL and at the marvelous Amelia Island Williams House. Hosts Deborah and Byron provide all the comforts -- lovely rooms, delicious breakfasts, a...

This is a well maintained old home that has not been messed up with renovation - very nice. Our hosts Deborah and Byron made certain that everything was just right. We stayed in the Princess Amelia room and loved it.

One of the best B&B's I have stayed at in my travels. Byron and Deborah get it and ensure that all the little touches are on point. Do not miss the breakfast as they were as good as many restaurants you will encounter. I can't say enough good things about the place, the hosts and our stay.
