During our stay we had no WIFI, mold in the bathroom and loud music playing during the night. Staff is only limited present. We were charged $ 114.00 for the room when the rate was offered $79.00 online.

I thought the place was very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Mr. Brown really knows how to acomidate his guests to the fullest. Very informative about places near by and would go above and beyond to make sure that my stay was always the best! Thanks so much Keith, will be coming back at the end of the year for sure!

" Frozen grapes, scented cold face towels, and impromptu cocktail beverages are served pool side " as described in their Web Site are services of the past that no longer exist. In fact, coffee machines have been removed from the rooms and Guests are expected to go to the Courtyard where Flasks of Coffee are placed at 7am (sometimes and...

They take shorter stays than most of gay men,s resorts during high season. It has a good location in North Beach Village and is close to the beach. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Please note that if you have stayed here before that they no longer serve breakfast. We got breakfast at the Village Cafe because they...

I recently stayed at the Grand Palm Plaza with my partner. The location was great(near the beach). It was quiet and clean. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely come here again.

We stayed a year ago at the same location. We decided to go back. Bad decision. Owners have changed the way things operate and cut back on quality and services. See below: Front gate operated by internet door-bell now, nobody answered, other guests let us in Office now manned only 8AM to 4PM, after that you call a local number...

I stayed here for three nights based in large part on reviews I had read. On the plus side, the grounds were kept up very well and were quite pleasant and quiet. When I was shown to my room, the first thing I noticed was the window blinds hanging on the door were broken. These were cheap Venetian blinds that...

We stayed here for 7 days and everyday there was a different manager and everyday there was a different person cleaning the room. North Village is cutting costs by having rotating managers and a housekeepers. In February, it got to be in the 40's at night and with no heat in the rooms I asked for some blankets. I asked...

Very old hotel. Renovated but not the bathroom also. Broken tiles very okay facility. No staff was there if we needed something. The bed was very nice and the pillows also. Nice touch the free morning coffee. It's in nice place to have for base and you could go lot at the area. I would recommend it .

Disappointed compared to last year. Will try a different North Beach Village property, since most are really excellent. Staff here try very hard to make it pleasant especially Chhiuen, Alex, and Ray. Percy and Juan to a good job with the room. Major complaint is that WiFi is terrible, which staff here really can't control. It is great to see...
