Got a good deal for 2 nights. We had a suite and it was nice and comfy. Clean bed, clean bathroom etc. Quiet area but not far from restaurants. Wifi works. We didn't have to check gym or restaurant so cannot give more details about those.

We've stayed here many times over the years. Seems like every year, they offer less and less in amenities. Price is fine and location is great, but it seems run down and appears to be being run by a skeleton crew. No restaurant onsite anymore. Not even freshly brewed coffee in the morning. They provide mini coffee makers in the...

Moved out of Beach Gardens because of the partying spring breakers to a sanctuary at Royal Palms. Lovely comfortable room clean, stylish spacious and most importantly quiet. Pool was perfect and had a choice of the busy pool with bar or the quiet lounger pool. Gym was clean and just right. Staff gave great service. Would stay again definitely.

I recommend staying here but... Upon arriving, I thought that the cabbie got the address wrong. The entrance is very understated. Access to the adjacent building is not secure. The room, however, is large & clean. The bathroom is small but adequate. Currently, there is construction between the hotel & the beach (a new condo/hotel). * Monica, at the front...

Located near the beach, but lots of work going on in the ares. By work I mean construction. So it is rather noisy by day. The staff is very helpful, but you must go to the front desk. If you use the phone number on the inside of your door, the woman who answered wasn't friendly or helpful. Just walk...

So, let's talk about the Royal Palms Resort. I've been coming here for years. Arrived to a locked door and no one answering the Ring doorbell. Called the number by the door and no answer. Sooo, after finding an open gate (great security) we found our way to the bar. My husband finally found someone to check us in. As...

My experience, February 2017, was exactly as reported here by others. We've been coming here for the last three years before RSVP cruises and will never return. Each year it has gotten less gay and more expensive. We also had problems with room staff and front desk attitude.Unless you are going to the beach every day, and not hanging out in...

Hotel can be busy and check-in chaotic on high season weekends but the management does its best to make sure guests are well taken care of. Beach is gorgeous - take out one of the free hotel bicycles and make your way down to the tip of South Beach for a fantastic sunset.

Royal Palms isn’t the exclusive gay-male resort that it used to be. Wish I had known it before I checked in this past weekend. We ended up using our room just to sleep and went elsewhere for a fun and relaxing time. The room, staff and facilities are still nice/beautiful, but overall resort vibe was that of a morgue --...

Stayed here before but will never come back. Overpriced and not worth it. Stayed is 3013 which was located over mechanical equipment. Room vibrated and was noisy all night. Called to complain and got attitude. They never cleaned the room. They ran out of clean towels. Charged my Amex $100 which I now have to dispose. Water was yellow from...
