Too many problems for the price they charge (mid-range). There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, a broken light in the living room, no bathtub stopper, the keys did not work and required a lot of fiddling, they gave you two towels and nothing else (no wash cloths, etc) for a couple, there was one tiny towel rod,...

To check into The Reef, you have to go to another hotel one block or so away. Not a big deal at all. When we got the keys, they hard hard keys (not card keys). Still not a biggie. When opening the door, it makes this screeching noise every time. We got inside the room, and it was just sad....

We stayed at the Reef, part of the North Beach Village group from 30th June till 4th of July with 4 adults. As we stayed before at a couple of other resorts of this NBV group, we expected the Reef to be of the same quality and standard. Boy, were we wrong ! I booked by phone two rooms and...

Very nice! Outside of hotel is pretty decent and kept up but doesn't compare with inside at all. Inside is all redone, vey nice, very clean, huge beds which are extremely comfy and great decor too. I was shocked at how nice it was because it was one of the cheapest and so close to the beach as well as...

My husband and I stayed in The Reef for one night before our 7 day cruise. When we first pulled up to the hotel we loved the way it looked. Very modern and sleek. It was very reasonably priced for being a couple blocks from the beach and near the center of everything. Where you check in is not far...

We booked into this hotel in April. We arrived at about 9pm, it was quite dark. We could not find reception so asked someone that was sitting by the pool. They said you had to check in at their other hotel down the road, about 4 places down the road. So after checking in, i asked at reception could they...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for spring break. The price was awesome, and we were a block away from the beach. Very close to some great places to eat and drink! The rooms were huge and clean. The only problem I had was that each room had different appliances with them.

My husband and I wanted to find a budget friendly clean hotel near the beach and that we did! The other reviews were correct, you have to go to the adjacent property to check in, and they do manage several different properties. We were a very late high check in and they were very kind, friendly and quick to respond...

This was a horrible experience. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower, the room smelled, there was something spattered down the back of one of the chairs. The fridge hummed all night. We were given a ground floor room, the blinds did not completely close and those walking by could see in our room. It was so bad,...

I say this because the office was Beach Gardens. Check in was easy they kept our bags in the mechanical room they were safe better than not. While...
