We booked this for one night before a cruise. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He checked us in and then took us to show us our room and all the amenities; also gave us information on location.

Easy-going motel-type lodging around a small pool. Perfect daily cleaning. Not a lot of service for the rest, staff is available from 9 to 5 but not all to helpful. Simple outfit in the room. Bit of a small bath room. Difficult to keep cool due in the summer time to a single, small airco in a small antechambre in... More

While I could tell that they try hard, this hotel could use some updating. Was disappointed to find the pool in need of skimming and cleaning. The room was clean and there were no signs of bed bugs. However, I did discover a large roach in the sink. I gave this place a try, but in the future, I will... More

I read the reviews prior to booking and what attracted me was the reviews about the bed. The beds are very nice; some type of memory foam. Slept great! If you are a light sleeper, this may not be for you, since you can hear cars go by, or people in the next room if they have their TV or... More

The grounds are beautifully maintained. Pool is very nice and our room (1st floor 2nd from the left) was comfortable and good sized. Very easy walk to beach and dining across the street. Room was a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but not too bad. Manager was a little gruff, but that did not bother us. He... More

This is a great location and the price was good. But it clearly was built in the 50s and not really updated. We stayed 2 nights and that was a bit much. One night before a cruise would perhaps be OK but not 2. Bed was good but it had a killer foot board that projected out to nail our... More

DO NOT PATRONIZE. Manager is a mini tyrant. Can't be bothered to be civil and acts as if he is running a palace. This is an old run down building with window A/C and cheap laminate floors. He swears he will "ruin you" if the floors are scratched. Due to weather on the East Coast we arrived late. Manager behaves... More

Wow, this place has one of the most comfortable hotel beds I ever slept in. I would go back to this place just for the bed. The hotel amenities are good, has a pool area. The room while basic is clean and as a bonus has a small kitchen area. the location is very close to the beach.
