Stayed 1 night after 2015 Boca Raton Bowl (Go Rockets) for 60 dollars. Building is old but room was fine. Reminded me of an aging Holiday Inn and Conference Center type place. Room was clean and cool, soap and coffee was provided, and the beds and tv are modern. No refrigerator and tiny bathroom keep it at 3 stars. And...

Wonderful stay. The pool and garden areas are just breathtaking. I would especially like to thank an employee by the name of Michael John for his outstanding service.😊 I would, most certainly, recommend the Universal Palms Hotel to anyone visiting the Lauderdale area.

I am currently at this hotel and paying $140 for two nights. It's a large hotel and there seems to be a number of people here. Lobby is descent and the staff was nice enough. The hotel is not as nice as we expected, pictures better than the actual place but that's normal. The room is large and looks fairly...

Will never stay in this hotel again. For two days we had cold water to shower, although we complained on da first day. Bathtub drainage is blocked. Pillows were all clumped inside, gave me a headache. Toilets don't flush. Safes are bolted to da floor.

Jacques at front desk is fabulous. He upgraded our room from 2 queen beds, traditional room to a suite. He also took time to show us the map, explained where we could find places for dinner, and when we had to leave the hotel to catch our flight. We are very happy with the level of his services and his...

They must have their own people writing reviews for this place. I stood here a week too long & I was so disgusted !! Pics on line make this place look great. FALSE...

It was the first hotel we stayed when move to the USA. Our first room was quite small but consisting of two queen beds, then the lady at the reception thankfully upgraded our room to a suit with a really low price difference. Our second room was like a single bedroom apartment with kitchen, microvawe, fridge etc, carpet on the...
