For the past five years, my wife and I have been visiting NBV Winterset and Robindale hotels. Initially everything was extraordinary, service, cleanliness, decor, grounds. All rated a 10 in my book. We loved the idea and concept NBV was working towards and enjoyed our time spent for the first four years. This year was like someone turned the lights...

We stayed here while transitioning between countries. It was a sort of fly in/fly out situation, so we didn't get to spend too much time here. What I saw were helpful staff, and close proximity to the beach and numerous restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and quite affordable.

I liked this hotel and I'd definitely return. It was clean and the bed was much more comfortable than I would have expected at this price point. Loved the vintage feel and decor. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Pools are open late and a less than 5 minute walk to the beach! Plenty of comfortable poolside seating. Sometimes...

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise left.We arrived early so they let us keep our luggage in the office and we used the restroom to change into our beach clothes. It is a short walk to the beach (About 2.5 blocks.) There are also free golf cart rides sponsored by Jet Blue The safe in our room...

Friendly and very helpful staff beautiful secluded spot very close to the beach and bars/restaurants enjoyed everything except the multiple curly black hairs on the bed I brushed them off giving them the benefit of the doubt but then when it was time For bed I lifted up the sheets and there was more hairs plus blood on the mattress...

Clean room but dated. Party at the hotel extended until we left 530 AM. No one is on site to enforce quiet hours even though you had to sign an agreement. We have been trying to speak to someone at the hotel all morning and cannot get ahold of anyone. Hence the review. Completely unprofessional.

We stayed at the winterset in late April and our stay was fantastic! The grounds are full of lush plants, the property is very quiet, the pools were very clean and staff very friendly. We stayed in a deluxe double with a kitchen and it was perfect size for our family. The rooms were decorated nice and the linens and...

I can't really explain how thankful we are to the staff at the Winterset. We arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel for our week long adventure in Florida ro get married. We were early for check-in and they stored our luggage while our room was cleaned. When we arrived they had spread rose petals in the...

Pretty tropical gardens round the pools. But rooms very poor. Safe did not work, no bathroom plug, light bulb burnt out, and on day two no hot water. Office often closed, and not even a bottle of water available. Prices over Easter horrendous.
