What a beautiful location -- private and secure. The guest to staff ratio is amazing. The pools and hot tubs are kept sparkling clean, as are the grounds and the rooms. A-1 sleeping surfaces and bedding. I was very impressed. HOWEVER, their Wi-Fi has terrible speed and available plug outlets for persons trying to get some work done outdoors on...

This us our second visit to the resort and the owners and staff keep making it better and better. The rooms and property are always in great shape. Friendliness and professionalism are here. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The addition of the lunchtime cafe with fresh, delicious food was brilliant. Oh, and Thelma and Luis are great...

This was our first visit to the Worthington and it was excellent. We loved our suite and the well-kept grounds. The three pools and two hot tubs provided a variety of environments from quiet and tranquil to lively and fun. The staff was hospitable and efficient. It was obvious that the management places a high priority on housekeeping and maintenance....

I was scheduled to stay here one night. The day of my arrival I was told their computer system screwed up my reservation and I didn't have a room. They set me up with a room across the street (Cheston house). That hotel was fine. But I then was allowed a day pass to the worthington the following day. The...

I've stayed at several other boutique hotels in the neighborhood in the last few years and the Worthington / Alcazar was by far the best overall stay I had. I am not a fussy one as far as bedding and high end room finishes, what made this great was a very down to earth staff, critical mass of guests who...

Great place for gay men. Great staff, great location. The room was clean and quiet. Nice opportunity to meet with others. Decent continental breakfast. Nice pools and hot tubs. I especially appreciated that the music was kept in the background, not constantly blaring, but it would be even better if one pool area was completely music free for those of...

First time at this resort and this type of resort. Very clean (staff would clean tables outside every morning, pool was cleaned, hot tub well maintained, room was clean). Staff were very friendly staff. Average age was in the 40s but you have folks like us in their 30s and some in their 20s. Stayed mostly on the resort during...

This was my first visit and I enjoyed myself so much that I made my reservation for next year. The staff was excellent and the housekeeping guys were great. The rooms and grounds were very clean. I was traveling alone and met people from all over the world. Its 3 complexes connected by walkways. It’s clothing optional on the ground...
