This hotel was perfect for our weekend away. Within walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. Two restaurants and a coffee shop on the first floor if you feel like staying in. Alomg with a rooftop bar that overlooks the river and downtown Fort Myers. The staff was nice and courteous. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too...

Not worthy of the IHG label. Amenities are nonexistent. Room water is noxious. Reception "Jessica" defensive and confrontational. No upgrades available , 60% occupants. Ambassador, platinum elite gets you nothing. 35000 pts nightly ABSURD !

We stayed here one night on recommendation of a waitress and a chef in Everglades City and we were not disappointed. The hotel is very well appointed and in a great position for exploring the surrounding area. The valet parking was a bonus which we took advantage of as we were tired after our drive. The room was lovely, clean...

I must say that being a local resident and having referred so many people to Hotel Indigo based on it's location and appearance, I am beyond disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed primarily by the General Manager, Ms. Catheryn O. I stayed at Hotel Indigo for two nights. The first night was a pleasant experience. The second night not...

Thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding your concerns. Hotel Indigo always tries to address all concerns our guests have. Please note that we called in our "on call" engineer after 11 p.m. to address your air conditioner concern. We also moved you to another room as we wanted you to enjoy your stay. I apologize...

The location was perfect for us. Convenient to everything downtown with a parking garage nearby, or the hotel offers valet parking. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There is a coffee maker in the room, and I found the hair dryer tucked in on a shelf below the sink. Also an iron and board in room. No in room...

We booked this hotel for two nights thru Trip Advisor. Booking went smooth and we were satisfied with the booking process and will definitely use it again. Booking was for a Friday and Saturday night and we upgraded to a Deluxe King room and are glad that we did. We arrived several hours early and the room was not ready...

My boyfriend wanted to have a special going away night because he is leaving for work for a few weeks. I explained this to the hotel clerk prior to booking the room. I told him that we wanted a room overlooking the Caloosahatchee River for a romantic evening. He told me that that he had one on the corner of...

Thank you for taking the time to write us regarding your concerns. I am surprised you didn't enjoy your corner king room with views of downtown Courthouse and the river. I did speak with our front desk and they informed me that the pool was closed at 8p.m. as our policy clearly states dawn to dusk. Our pool is opened...

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the rooms were. It was more like a small condo than a hotel type room. We were in a corner room, so we had lots of windows. We liked the location as it was within walking distance to nice restaurants. The pool is nice and has a great view from the rooftop. I...

My wife and I recently decided to have a one-night "staycation" away from the kids and so spent the night at the Hotel Indigo...our first stay here. Very nice hotel and overall experience. First and foremost, the hotel is located right downtown within walking distance of everything in the River District, so plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, and other sights....
