I am quite disappointed in the hotel it is super different in reality the rooms with double beds are bad and their air does not work the rooms should not be humid very bad experience. Estoy bastante decepcionado con el hotel, es super diferente, en realidad las habitaciones con camas dobles son malas y el aire no funciona, las habitaciones no deben estar húmedas, muy mala experiencia.
3 star Staff, 0 star Room One Bedroom Suite, rm 201 - last room available. Terrible mildew smell, hi humidity even with AC on max and then it was keep-you-awake loud, carpet felt so damp you wouldn't walk in bare feet on it plus it was rumpled, pull-out couch bed springs were from the 1950's and there were no sheets for it, the breakfast was sad. It's clear the owner is milking this poor building for its last penny and not putting any improvements into it.
The check in was easy, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and I loved the pool. It was warm and clean but the spa was closed. I was glad that the fitness room was open all night. Breakfast was ok, as most places now with covid restrictions.
They followed all the covid precautions, Very friendly Staff , but the furniture Was very dated. I really enjoyed the variety of breakfast items that were available to chose from.I used the airport shuttle which was very convenient. Overall Great Stay!!
We had a spacious King Room, no problem there. Only 2 bath size towels in bathroom, 1 bar of soap, no bath gel wash, etc... Very limited scanty supplies. The bed mattress had rolls all over it, lumpy and soft. NO ice machines working on floors 2 & 3. All guests had to go down to the lobby area to get ice. Very inconvenient. NO housekeeping service provided (i.e. we put our used towels in the tub for housekeeping to pick-up when they clean the room and make the bed, etc... when we returned that day, nothing was done, no bed made, no clean towels, etc... My husband went down to the front desk to inquire and was told, "oh, you have to request that when you check in" in which he replied, " no one told us that or we would have", he was then told, "they could wash our used towels now if we bring them down but it could take 4 hours before we get them back", which would be late, we'd be in bed by then. Unbelievable!!! AND, BTW.... there's a bar across the road from here with a live band playing very loudly at night, and we had a room facing that. Not good. Their buffet had no hot food like mentioned it would. very limited breakfast. All-in-all, I would never stay here again. Not worth it or the cost of lodging here.…
