Beautiful restored building with a great & quirky history, very quiet grounds with lots to see on the grounds. There is a main building and several outhe houses on the grounds that are perfect for families.

Great place to stay and lots of choices on beautiful piece of property with "Old Florida" charm. Inn has lovely rooms in large Victorian, but loved the detached cottage choices on the property. Owners go the extra mile to make your stay special. Highly recommend if you want a quaint stay over hotel room. Absolutely loved it and already booked...

From the moment we drove into the grounds, I felt the peace and serenity of old Floridian charm. The cottage was enchanting. We enjoyed the evening on the porch swing and the early morning by the fire in the living room. Our hostess was delightfully interesting to visit with, knowledgable, and completely accommodating to our needs. The only down side...

Cindy treated us like friends from the minute we met. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. We felt as if all our needs were thought of before we arrived. Can't wait to go back! And, we love that we can bring our dogs if we choose. Thank you.

This is a perfect choice for visiting Gainesville if you want more (much more) than a comfortable bed to sleep in. Everything was wonderful...the primary home, which was built in 1885, the décor, the accommodations, the breakfast, all the unexpected extras, the property, the Assistant Inn Keeper Cassidy and the owners Joe, Cindy & Abbey. You are really transported to...

We enjoyed a quiet week in Miss Huey's Cottage. We look forward to an opportunity to again enjoy another stay. The location of the Magnolia Plantation Inn is excellent. Nearby restaurants in downtown Gainesville add to the appeal of our cottage. Thanks to Joe and Cindy for making our stay memorable.

Beautiful. Had no idea that this part of Florida would be so wonderful. Very Pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accommodating and friendly in spite of the fact that the owners were on a 6 week vacation. The second in command, Vila, was amazing and helpful. Joe and Cindy have a great asset in her. the plantation and houses on...

Could not have asked for nicer, or accommodating inn keepers. Our cottage was immaculate and we were given a brief history of their home. The Inn is located just blocks from downtown and dozens of restaurants. Have been to Gainesville many times, but never knew there was an historical B&B area. Worth every dime!!!! Did I mention the breakfast was...

My friends booked the whole place for a wedding in October. The whole property is beautiful from the moment you step in. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well kept. The furnishing and decor is really neat and well maintained. Owners are very nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back!

My husband and I wanted to get away early December and we decided to return to Magnolia Plantation B & B...what a great decision. We took our two small dogs with us and stayed in "Secret Garden". I can only describe it as enchanting - the garden was so serene with the trinkle of the fountain. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting...
