We arrived a bit early and were able to hang out at the pool and checked in after a room was cleaned. The room was updated and clean. Dining options are within walking distance. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning.

NO HOUSEKEEPING EXCEPT 4TH day of stay! Tired (old?) mattress resulted in back pain. Anemic water pressure. Marijuana smell throughout lobby and hallway. Disinterested un-engaged staff who seemed not to care. Will not stay here again. Poor experience.

The La Quinta is not equipped to handle the comings and goings of cruise visitors. This property is located conveniently for a hold over from the airport (they provide a shuttle transport) to the cruise center yet it is not equipped to handle the logistics of that layover.

I enjoyed my stay it was one of the best services I had in awhile.there was no waiting at all.. The front desk lady (carleen) made as felt very welcome and help us with our stay. She is the best!!! I love that carleen lady.

This hotel has the friendliest staff we have ever encountered , everyone was pleasant and helpful . The shuttle pick up at the airport was prompt , front desk staff let us check in early after our flight . The room is basic but super clean as is the rest of the hotel . The pool and patio area out back is like a mini retreat . There is a mall a 5 min walk away with numerous discount stores and restaurants . This hotel is a great choice if you want a quiet location in Fort Lauderdale , we booked in again for a return stay .

One thing I really liked about this place was the room view to the lake and those amazing sunrises. Make sure to choose a lakeside view room unless you’re looking for a parking lot view. There’s a gazebo area next to the swimming pool great for birdwatching. There’s some benches great for enjoying a cup of coffee. You will find yourself surrounded by peaceful nature, but far enough from crowded noisy tourists areas.

Let never worked. Couldn’t get in room. They had to get a decide to open it the first time but we never could us our key so had to make sure someone was always in the room. Water faucet wouldn’t shut off. Elevators got stuck with us in it.

Stayed at this property for one night. It is conveniently located 10 min from FLL airport. The room was cleaned the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay definitely recommend and would stay here again . The check in process was fast as well as the check out

Don't stay here. Terrible staff rude and duty smelly hotel. 2 days I should have cancelled. Manager not in manager does have a business card staff wouldn't give me a phone number. No condiments whatsoever for breakfast both days they are out of eggs and no sweets
