Very nice place, clean, fully equipped, the ocean front room was very nice....but the lady at the front desk was uninviting as we arrived ...and threatened to charge us 50$ extra (we were a few minutes late for our checkout) if we were not out within 5 minutes, my god, there was maybe 6 guests alltogether in the hotel at...

We enjoyed our two day stay other than difficulty with wi-fi which is rather important to us. Our location was perfect for what we were looking for. Our unit needed remodeling, mostly due to the condition of the carpeting. We met some very friendly people and enjoyed a gorgeous full moon sitting on lounge chairs watching the moon rise from...

We wanted someplace between Miami and Key West for a couple of nights. The Continental Inn fit the bill perfectly. Thanks to the reviewers on TA, we knew to call to let management know that we would be arriving after 5:00. Our key was waiting for us. Room 12A was perfect -- a nice large King room with a pull-out...

This is an older motel with efficiency units on a very nice patch of beach in Key Colony Beach. The motel itself seemed really well run and everyone was very friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was very large, nicely decorated with a nice balcony. I like to swim and I really enjoyed the little beachfront and...

The residents and employees are very friendly. The units are older, and many of them need extensive renovations. The oceanfront units are more expensive, and they have no oceanfront balconies. The best units are on the left facing the ocean. The beach is not a walking beach. The water is full of seaweed. The beach furniture is very nice and...

Nice individual motel efficiency units, individually owned. Daily and weekly rentals clean, step out to private beach with chairs and lounges. Or go to inground pool. Tiki hut with barbecues. Outside areas very well maintained. In the incorporated town of Key colony Beach also know as pleasantville.friendly owners and very helpful.

Wow, this place rocks. Clean, comfortable, 2 second walk to the beach, BBQ, and pool. Waking up to the sun rise from the back porch was awesome. I've stayed here twice now and each time I imagine how great it would be to stay here forever. But I dream on... The place is great, the people are nice, the pace...

We stayed here on the recommendation of friends who had been here many years ago. At first we were surprised to learn that the "hotel" was made up of individually owned condo units that rent by the night, so each unit, while similar in layout, is furnished uniquely according to the owner's taste. It has a bit of a beach...

Pool is only open sunrise to sunset. The whole complex is lovely, quiet and off the main road and when we were done for the day we wanted to continue our vacation, using the property after dark and sadly no pool use allowed. It was just 2 of us, on our honeymoon. It's a lovely place but it can't be...

The Continental Inn is a condo complex which rents units when they are not occupied by the owners. Its located in beautiful Key Colony Beach in Marathon in the Florida Keys. The units are basically a studio with a working kitchen. They usually have 2 queen size beds and a pull out couch with one bath. The rooms are big...
