Beach and lagoon awful, Condo ok, pool is good. Unusable beach. Large rocks, trash and debris, heavy algae. Lagoon very dark and lots of algae.
Good location, close to John Pennekamp, restaurants, shopping.

I was not happy with the Kawama Resort. We stayed in unit M6 and there was no parking. If I parked in front of my unit I would have blocked the next unit in. I parked in the circle area under a tree and a...More
We stayed in K2 which is a 3 story 3 bedroom/3 bath set up. The concept of 3 floors works for a large family but in this case the execution was not so good. First of all, the condo is extremely dated and was originally...More
We booked the tower (unit 510) through Norman Wartman. The unit was nice, clean, and modern, and had amazing views of the ocean. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, large living and dinning areas, and a balcony. The location was really convenient,...More
We rented R-5 for 4 days and 3 nights and it was perfect for a family of 8. This was a 3 story condo with sleeping space and bathrooms on all floors. We were just across the grass from the pool and the lagoon was...More

We stayed with Norman Wartman. His property was amazing and he was actually a really nice guy. I had read other travelers reviews regarding him & his properties and most were pretty bad, so I contacted Norman directly and voiced my concerns. He answered every question honestly and with the prices and amenities he offered, we decided to book with him. I am so glad I did because our vacation was perfect. We had full access to all his water toys, bikes, fishing gear and his golf cart. The small, rocky beaches and lagoon were perfect for our 9 & 4 yr old, and our 18 & 19yr olds spent hours fishing, snorkeling & on the paddle boards. The 6 of us had more than enough room in the condo and there was plenty to do on the grounds themselves. Norman was a trip, quite funny if at times a bit off color, but having a sarcastic personality myself*, we got along just fine. Hope this helps!
