Weekend we went most places were booked. Found this resort which is also a time share. Room was nice but the one bedroom loft was a pain climbing the spiral staircase. Also did not need a kitchenette area as we were there only a few nights. It seemed like an older crowd as well 75-80 yo. Might consider again

Just returned from a three night stay at the Banyan. This was our first time at this resort and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this property is. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. (Room 801). The suite was completely updated and had a new kitchen and bath with a nice sized glass shower. The rooms were a...

Have been staying at the Banyan for many years. A very unique property of historic homes with stunning well maintained gardens and 2 pools. All of the units have been completely renovated. There is a tiki bar near the pools for food and beverage. The rooms are spacious and elegantly appointed with tropical style and each has a full kitchen....

We recently purchased a timeshare week for next October but came down in February to see what the resort was like. We stayed in unit 602. The accommodations were great: clean, roomy and secluded like most of the units feel. It came with two decks to enjoy either a sunrise or sunset coffee. The unit was fully appointed with all...

We recently stayed here for a long weekend! Absolutely loved it. We have stayed in several different places in Key West and this is now by far our favorite. You are so close to Duval Street but you would never know it. The grounds were beautiful and you felt completely secluded. We loved the fact that you could hop on...

Travelled with the in-laws so booked a two bedroom. The location is great if you are okay with street noise, chicken noise and folks in other room noise. Of course because it is a group of very old homes renovated all together with a pool in the middle of the block, the sound proofing is going to be an issue,...

We stayed here for the first time (and the first time as owners) in November 2016 for Thanksgiving week. We were so excited to finally "own" a piece of Key West! We arrived early on the first day of our week, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that our room was available already! Love that! Our studio was perfect...

Zero issues with this stay. Comfortable accommodations. Loved the pool areas. Staff I spoke too in passing were not friendly (no problem) but the tiki bartender went out of his way to chat with us! Very kind. The housekeeping ladies did say hi. We borrowed bikes from friends and parked them on the Banyans rack. Their parking lot is first...

The Banyan is my first choice to stay when I come to Key West. Just a block off of Duval, and convenient to Mallory Square too. These are time shares and we prefer the two bedroom units. The pool area in the back is beautifully landscaped and private. Staff is friendly but not intrusive. Love the Banyan!

I have been staying at the Banyan for years and it has recently undergone a full renovation of the rooms. They are new, fresh, clean, and very relaxing. The location is perfect .. just a block or two from the main scene, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Compared to many other hotels and places to stay...
