The overall appearance of the hotel is poor. It looks dated and dirty. Check in is an extremely slow process and the key-cards often did not work. We were blamed for them not working as apparently we kept them by our iPhones, which we did not. Rooms facing inwards towards the pool are better than those on the outside. The pool area can get noisy. The hotel is useful for Orlando Airport. There is a Walmart shopping centre nearby to get food and drinks.

This hotel has everything you need either you’re spending just one night or the whole week. Location is PERFECT, nearby restaurants, Walmart and the parks. Will book again for our next Disney trip. The only thing I would replace is the key door scanners with a newer system(contactless)

This place was very close to the theme parks and for the price I would defiantly stay there again. The rooms were clean. The only thing that appeared bad was the look on the outside we thought the inside was going to be bad but it was not. I was happy we stayed there and my family felt safe.

My door was broke, house keeping couldn't clean when we did let them in and they came in when the do not disturb sign was on the door. They broke my brother in law's phone it doesn't charge anymore he had to get a new one and they put trash back in my room. Paint was coming off the walls the water pressure sucked it was horrible

Someone tried breaking into my room 2 minutes after I walked into the room. When we notified security, nothing was done. Do not stay if you are all women or alone. Definitely not a safe hotel for women

I must say, my expectations were not that high for any hotel in Orlando that didn’t cost $200+ per night. Ramada restored my faith in a moderate priced room. From our check in & check out, the GM Dalton delivered exceptional customer service to me and my sister. Since we didn’t book directly with the site but a 3rd party, there was an issue with our reservation in the system. I was getting worried about possibly having to pay more or finding another hotel at the last moment. Ultimately they had to go in and cancel the reservation and make a new one. He gave us the same rate of the previous reservation. Talk about the power of having a copy of your reservation to confirm your rate. He could’ve easily charged us their rate and been rude/uncompromising during this whole ordeal. Thanks Dalton! You were the epitome of exceptional customer service. Please know that this review is honest & sincere. It is rare that I will give a review good/bad/indifferent for any establishment. I promise you that I never leave reviews. However this jank motel deserves one. First off they attempted to charge me double to stay at this hotel. We waited in line 5 different times in order to get this fixed. All but ONE staff member was very rude however the general anger was the worst of them all. The ONE staff member that was nice listened to our problem and fixed it immediately. Which the general manager could have done if he would have listened instead of putting his hand in my face and telling me he was done with me. There was no microwave in the room as advertised. The lights were broken. There were chicken bones in my ice bucket. Blood and Roaches were in the bathroom. The hotel lobby is decent but the rooms and hotel staff is absolutely ridiculous.
