Definitely would stop here again.Has something for everyone in age.Friendly staff and kids loved the Waterpark. A splash zone for younger kids, water slides, lazy river, a hot tub and a pool area. Has a 24hr arcade that you purchase game cards for. This little hidden gem spot was reasonably priced for my family size of 5
I feel this resort deserves 4 stars. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t a 5 star rated resort, not luxurious, but it is well kept and offers all the amenities you could want just at a downgraded level. We stayed in a Queen suite for 2 nights. 2 adults, 4 kids. It was clean and plenty of room for all of us. The room had a balcony that overlooked the pool. *Note, I had read a review that some balcony doors lock behind you. This is true!! The balcony door will lock you out and your key does not work because it has been deactivated. Put the deadbolt out so you don’t get locked out!!* There is a full kitchen although no plates or silverware, the cabinets were empty; 2 queen beds which were comfortable, bedding was soft (I travel a lot), 1 bathroom with tub, bunk beds, round table with seating for 4 plus a desk with a chair. The front desk staff was nice. There is a stocked mini-mart. The restaurant was accommodating for ordering things not on the menu (they do have kids prices, just ask). There is a movie room in the back of the main building that plays a kid’s movie at night. There is a game room and activities room. The tiki bar is open with a full bar and ice cream for sale. The pool was warm and clean. The waterpark is not huge but again it has everything you need: lazy River, water slides, kid’s splash pad, cabanas to rent and free lounge chairs with umbrellas. *I would bring your own pool towels as the free ones are small and thin.* My biggest complaint was the noise from the next room. Do not plan on going to bed early here. You can hear the noise and banging from the room next door, also on the balcony. And you can smell the food they are cooking next door. But our neighbors, and there were a lot of people in that room, were quiet by 11:30pm-ish. All in all, my kids had a great time. The waterpark is included in your stay, and there are deep discounts on rooms. Location is at the east end of 192 which is a road full of stoplights and tourist traffic so plan extra time to get anywhere. Yes, the entrance is a bit difficult to find at night but use your maps app and know it is right off of 192 and a small car dealer. There is a big sign but it is not lit. Have fun, your kids will!!…
Was a great place for kids the room was pretty nice the bathtub leaked a little bit the grounds were pretty clean the building is a bit dated but it just needs fresh paint it was really cool for the kids on the water park their pool was clean bed was very comfortable just bring your own blanket if you want a soft blanket air conditioning was good if you plan on eating there just be aware it's resort prices they were pretty high staff was excellent no complaints at all on the staff and there is an elevator
The hotel was great the customer servixe was very good any time I needed anything they were more than happy to help out. Thank you so much the time my family and I had with all of you. Hope that we will be able to stay again you will be my #1place to stay again.
Very run down, the pictures that they show in the ad online is from when it was built. Not cleaned well, the front check in area was remodeled recently it looks like so that you don’t just cancel it before check in. The balcony door locks and has the same style key card lock but the lock assembly is removed from it so if you dont see it before had then you will be locked out with no way to get back in even with the key. The doors all have gaps that let all the cold air out so they are on 100% of the time, and don’t actually cool the room, so the a/c that shoots heat onto the balcony makes the balcony unusable. There is no hot water in the shower. This is a $60 hotel MAX! And then you have to pay $33 per day to use the “water park” and spanish music is playing at full volume all the time.…
My youngest daughter is autistic and doesn’t really enjoy social settings with a lot of people but here she has the best bday weekend spending her whole day at the pool and at night is the jacuzzi watching Moana
DO NOT STAY HERE!! If you are planning a family trip with your children you will be severely disappointed in this place. None of the pictures are accurate. There are roaches in the rooms. The beach chairs are disgusting. And there are just not enough employees. Trust me it is not worth what they are charging. There was loud music all night, weed smoking, partying, fights, cops, babies crying. It was just chaotic. I have never experienced this level of discomfort at a hotel before. I was afraid to walk to my car after dark. Please.! If you are planning a fun family getaway with your babies, please stay some where else. And if your looking to party with the riff raff well then this is the place for you.
They refused to give me receipt of deposit hold. They don’t want to give me receipt for anything. They told me to get from booking . Com. They are giving me the run around for my deposit back. I need to feed my family
I have been trying to sleep all night. I called the front desk and told them that the smoke alarm was going off in the next room. The answer I was given. "I will have someone look into that once they come in." The SMOKE ALARM IS GOING OFF this should be IMPORTANT. 1: Um posability of FIRE 2: If it is a bad smoke detector, I am paying for a room so I can SLEEP
DO NOT COME HERE! This place is filthy, creepy and disgusting! It was definitely not clean, we found hairs in the bathroom when we came in. We smelled weed everywhere and the rooms were super dark and smelled very weird... It was really a horrible experience! We even found cockroaches in both of our rooms. There weren’t any amenities, there wasn’t a restaurant or any other places that the “resort” offered for its guests. The lights didn’t work either (the light bulbs didn’t) and when we called the staff to solve this issue, the worker asked me how the lights worked? He didn’t know how to switch the lamp!!! That is outrageous!! Definitely a scam since we were expecting a much more “family friendly” place with the waterpark... It was a whole disappointment and I AM REALLY RECOMMENDING YOU TO NEVER COME HERE!!!!!! I will never come back and will always warn people about this total scam and fraud that is called a resort. Just horrible.…
