Room was in the most recently renovated tower. Just lovely really. I requested ground floor and as always, I was accommodated accordingly. I have stayed here a number of times over the years and thru their renovation and the staff has been nothing less than exceptional. Just to clarify where my opinion comes from... Over the last 20+ years, I have been a frequent traveler (trade show gypsy) and have usually spent up to 100 nights a year in many lodging facilities in many places in the USA, so I might know just a little bit about hospitality from the customer perspective.

Not the nicest place however when you compare cost to what you get, it’s probably one of the best values around. I typically stay at nicer places but this worked out well and saved me a few sheckles. I would stay here again but not if the nightly rate was much higher than the $84/night we paid.

Everything was perfect, except for the check in machine. It was very annoying deal with that, the volume is to high and you lose all sense of privacy. The service, cleaning, the room, everything was very good. I will say is good but don’t use the check in machine

Breakfast was included and it was amazing, with eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereals, etc. The room was nice and clean. Pillows and sheets were soft and comfortable. It offers shuttle service to Disney and Universal.

Love it has a full service Starbucks in the Lobby. Extremely convenient to all the parks, food and highway access. 2nd stay and it hasn’t disappointed. Great front desk staff, ample parking around the building too!

Beautiful rooms, amenities, food, & pool. They have a Starbucks & workout room. I wish I had more time to stay because it had a warm atmosphere & was quiet. Our room was by the elevator & I never heard anyone outside.

Great hotel, great price and staff are friendly. My kid loves the indoor play ground. I like that they had pizza hut and star bucks here. It's also close to Disney and free busses to Disney. My kids also likes to play in their pool

Starting from the moment of check-in, all the employees were very friendly, they answered all my questions and told me how to make my trips to the Disney parks. Everything very clean, the rooms very comfortable. My son really enjoyed the pool, playground and video games!
