DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! There is mold in the lamps (see photos), the air conditioning doesn’t keep the room cool and the place is a pig sty. It smells musty and dirty. They definitely take advantage of being in the Orlando area because they could care less about the customer, just the money. If you like several unauthorized charges to your account, this is the place for you. We are now in the 5th day of our “3 to 5 days it will be back in your account” to the tune of over $200. Choice Hotels states right on their website (when you hold the room) you will not be charged until you check-in. NOT at this one, they hold it at least 12 hours before check-in time because “if we run your card and it’s not good, we cancel your reservation, other people want that room” is what the manager told me. This place is under the Choice Hotels umbrella but they make it VERY clear, they are individually owned and they run it how they want to. HORRIBLE PLACE. RUDE MANAGEMENT, FILTHY PLACE AND VERY WILLING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. I wouldn’t take a FREE room from this place because trust me, it’s not worth free!!!!

Just a overnight stay for a Waterpark I stay usually closer but prices were high so we choose this im a member of choice hotels and as well this property looked great beds comfy water heat needed to be better tbh but as well it look like hotel was remodeling as well but the building is old it could use some upgrades but there updating slowly a lot of these hotels need to be brought in today world some are still lacking but this place is great stay just wish hot tub worked ! Safe and plenty of parking close to everything ! Don't believe all reviews people some people are mad over customer service or a simple hair on the bed lol

For at least 2 months I have been trying to get my cell phone that I forgot at the hotel on a trip and although I have spoken to almost all the hotel managers and staff, no one solves my problem. I will complain on Tripadvisor and Choice

I stayed in this hotel with a friend since we had a booking with an agency and chose this hotel for us, I thought its a Comfort Inn with breakfast included, very near to Disneyworld and Universal, with scheduled transportation but the attention received from was the worst. 1. When we arrived they told us that the cleaning will be done every 3 days, arrived a Wednesday, it should have been done on Saturday which didn't happened. So I talked to the person in reception on Sunday and she said it will be done by Monday but didn't happened again, when I asked why it wasn't done they said oh but it should have been done, well it isn't, and her answer was: I can leave a note so they know they need to do it, ok but what else because on Sunday they did that for Monday and didn't happened.. she said that it's the only thing she can do, asked for a manager, said that she is the only one available, there's no other person I can talk to and that is not even her responsability. So I didn't receive any solution for this situation 3. No one explains about the scheduled pickups to know exactly in which zone they need to pick you up or who to call if something happens, however the drivers for that service are excellent!! 4. The breakfast is really bad and you have the same each day. Egg is with no taste and the mickey hotcake is not even well cooked.

There was an alarm malfunctioning during our stay in the middle of the night and the receptionist mentioned there was going to be compensation/refund due to the disturbance. I've been trying to communicate with them regarding this promised refund that has not gone through yet. It's impossible. They haven't responded to any of my contacts.

Filthy carpet throughout the hotel. Ceiling paint in bathroom was constantly chipping off and falling down. Lamp shade broke. Most of the staff were polite and pleasant. Rates were good. Hotel definitely needs updating.

Booked one night stay, arrived exhausted after a full 12 hrs day at Disney and checked in. After paying $12 instead of the $5 indicated with my booking we went up to the room. Finally got the key light to turn green and door wouldn't open. Exhausted and ready to sleep hard made my way back down to the desk to be asked by armondo if I tilted the handle up... no armando I did not, and since that is just odd, maybe you could have mentioned it the first time when you gave me the key. Got in elevator another guest said same exact thing happened the night before to them. Seems like desk staff enjoys making people waste time and energy figuring out archaic door functioning instead of disclosing this up front, lovely! Room was basic, wasn't expecting much, but mold is present and renovations are desperately needed. Got all stuffed up over night being in that room, this is a definite health concern. Next morning went down for breakfast which was pleasantly decent and the staff was great. My child loved the Mickey waffles! Back up to the room and the key did not work after arriving only 10 hours before. So again had to go all the way back down to the wonderful check in desk. The girl working there was the most unprofessional representative I have EVER encountered in my life. Working customer service myself for the last 25 years I was blown away and felt as if I was on the streets dealing with this piece of work. She wore no name tag because she knows better, but it's concerning that she gets away with it. Expecting a key to work and a door to open is not asking for too much. I would be sad and angry if I was employed in this decrepit environment as well, but it's no excuse to verbally abuse a customer blatantly and without care, this is just beyond, and completely unacceptable. Will NEVER stay at this property again, should have paid $50 less for a rodeway inn type budget level stay and hit a drive thru for breakfast. I strongly advise you save your money, your energy, health and your time and pick a different spot, this is a VERY BAD IDEA.

This is the worst hotel experience I have EVER had. This should not be a choice hotel for any parks. There are dead roaches and mold. I have PLENTY of videos and pictures. I would like a full refund. Paying 400 dollars for 2 days in a roach infested moldy hotel is not my idea of fun. My whole party consisted of 6 adults and 6 kids and we had 5 rooms total on three different floors. EVERY room was a disaster. 4 of the rooms were bought from the military base. My room was bought from the choice hotels website. I’m also reporting the conditions to the base. They shouldn’t be promoting this hotel. I have not been able to contact anyone and the associates were downright rude.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of our disney vacation to save money over the high cost of Disney resorts. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, high quality rooms, nice pool and outdoor hot tub area. We were a short skip and uber ride away from disney and it was nice to take advantage of the shuttle to go to the magic kingdom. I had planned to leave an entirely positive review. However, we did have one incident that left a bad taste in my mouth. My wife has health issues and cannot have breakfast early in the morning due to needing to take medication. So, I went down to breakfast early in the morning and brought breakfast up to her to enjoy when she was able. I did this for two mornings. At the end of the second morning I went down for breakfast I was told to "please do not bring breakfast back to my room". I responded "no problem. I was not aware of this policy." the very next morning I was greeted by a lobby and breakfast area litterally wall papered with signs stating "do not bring breakfast up to your room." Wow!! Signs were all over the front desk, elevators, and all over the breakfast area. I could not turn my head without seeing these signs. I have to say I was really put off and felt insulted by this. It is very easy to make a clear and understood policy regarding breakfast on site at the hotel without humiliating your hotel guests. If is very Rude to put 20 signs in your lobby area after already explaining the policy to a guest. You can simply have one clear sign as you enter the breakfast area. Or list the policy and state it to guests upon arrival to the hotel. Every hotel has different breakfast policies and in fact due to covid 19 many hotels still do not allow guests to eat together in indoor dining settings. It is not unreasonable to believe breakfast that is part of your hotel rate can be brought up to your room and enjoyed privately. Based on this incident we will have to consider staying elsewhere on future trips to Orlando/ Disney.

We had some reports of ants that we had to get pest control to take care of and the service contract stated we couldn't have food in the rooms. This was the main reason for the signage. Bathroom had extensive mold on ceiling and rust on bathroom ceiling fan. AC did not work and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. We had no choice but to stay the first night because we arrived so late; however, we checked out immediately the next morning. We left multiple voice and email messages with Pebble, the GM, none of which were returned. We filed a complaint with Choice Hotels and wished to be reimbursed for the remaining nights that we did not stay because of the uncleanliness of this hotel. We have yet to get our money back or even a response from the GM. Overall, a terrible experience for us.
