This place was absolutely filthy! Toilet was leaking on the floor, room smelled like pee, some odd substance on the ceiling over the bed, exposed electrical socket in one of the kids bunk areas. Definitely the first time that I have seen a shower so nasty and dark that I wouldn't consider showering in it. I wouldn't subject my children or loved ones to a stay in this place.

I had the worst experience in this place. When we got there the customer service was bad, just wanted to sell us some excursions. The hotel room was so disgusting, the bathroom was dirty, like it has not been cleaned in years! Even a bug bite me! Do not fall for this, do not stay here!

Stayed here several times before, good budget hotel but the rooms we had are looking a bit old & tired. The check in staff on the desk were fantastic operating in such challenging times. The hotel is in a prime sot for Old Town, restaurants, bars & amusements

There was alot to do, so the kids enjoyed it… but the hour long wait we had just to check in was ridiculous…. And the pictures they post are highly misleading… it could have used a good cleaning and maybe a better handy man as some of the utilities were sketchy.

I usually enjoy this hotel but this time the room stank like water damage. The tv was damaged. The outlets did not work to charge my phone. The kids pool water was dirty looking. This is a surprise because I always use this hotel and the kids suite the kids love the bunk beds and private. I was just disappointed this time so didn’t extend my stay.

I will give one star for the hotel but 5 stars for the tiki bar. Highly recommend the tiki bar, he is very welcoming, friendly, social, down to earth person. I had an awesome stay enjoying the tiki bar! Thank you Rizzo!

Rizzo is by far the best mixer I’ve met. He makes the drinks to the best of the best drinks!!!!! He does his thing be sure to show him some love at the bar! 10 outta 10. He is cool, funny, and makes the best frozen rum runner

Rizzo has to be the best bartender this place has ever had! Not only did he help find the best places to enjoy my vacation. But he makes a meaaaaaan frozen margarita. Rizzo is the reason to visit the pool & especially the Tiki Bar. His stories are equivalent to a 80’s thriller. So good! 🔥 I’m ready to order another drink.
