We had a lovely day in Feb. to walk the grounds. I liked that the individual houses had a docent there to explain what had happened in the place. The home that had the quilting was interesting. She talked about the 3 spots that were moved by color. she wondered what this was. I found out it is an Amish...

31 historical structures from 1888-1930 have been restored and furnished with objects from their time. You can go on a tour with a guide and visit interpreters who can explain the history of each building. We spent 2 hours there and loved seeing a train depot, a grocery store, a barber shop, and the houses of the orange growers, cattle...

This heritage village is totally run by volunteers they certainly should be praised for their commitment and enthusiasm. We visited on Saturday (5th) and were greeted warmly and given a map to explore the village at our leisure. We especially enjoyed the store and the guided tours of the 2 houses by the volunteers who were very informative. Very impressed...

Upon first arriving we thought it looked odd and would have just been an experience but we actually learned a lot and had fun. We had our baby with us but we saw plenty of kids having a blast with the interactive hands on exhibits. And it's free so that's always a bonus with a family! The staff is so...

This is a museum "village" site with different types of homes and buildings from the early 1900's. All are real buildings that were transported here. Very nice place to walk. Shady and next to botanical gardens. Great for photography. FREE!

Without a doubt, this is one of the very best historic sites we have visited. The volunteers are a real asset -- the lady in the House of Seven Gables was very engaging and the gentlemen in the store and the doctor's house were very well versed as they gave a great deal of information. We spent over two hours...

Very interesting to see period buildings from late 19th and early 20th century Pinellas County. FL. Did not get to see the Botanical Gardens but would love to go back. Could spend all day here easily. No food available on the grounds.

Take the children! This place is so neat and interesting. Our family enjoyed seeing the grounds and I want to take the next group of friends and grandchildren back to viist. It's very well groomed and clean. Definitely a must for guests in town.
