We stayed at the Old Pineapple Inn for 5 days over the Christmas period, in the Isabelle Gleason suite. We could not have been more pleased. The hosts, Celeste and Bob, were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed the character of the historic inn. (There is even an historic elevator which can be... More

We stayed at the Old Pineapple Inn for the first night of our honeymoon. Bob greeted us at our car with an umbrella and an offer to help carry our bags. Celeste breezed us through checking in. The Inn was very beautiful, cozy, peaceful and welcoming. The food the next morning was amazing (best eggs benedict I've ever had in... More

Headed to Florida for a break from the never ending winter in New England this year. Being Innkeepers ourselves, we are rather critical when we travel of other B&Bs and Inns. Very happy to say that Celeste and Bob and their lovely home met our expectations and more. The room was well equiped, the bed comfy, the decor lovely without... More

The Old Pineapple Inn is an immaculately kept National Historic Residence offering the warm and gracious hospitality of extremely accommodating and accessible innkeepers. For our seven-night Florida “warm-up” we enjoyed a home whose easy and topically attractive ambience included a tastefully appointed room, an amazingly agreeable bed that rewards guests with a luxurious and peaceful repose, and, to top it... We went down for the last shuttle launch and found a real treasure in Melbourne. A wonderfully restored house with two wonderful hosts, Celeste and Bob. Celeste is a wonderful cook, with luck you will be there when she prepares her exquisite croissant french toast with pecans. Really a great experience. Ask about a hidden treasure in Melbourne Beach, Cove... More

We stumbled upon Old Pineapple Inn using Trip Advisor, and we feel so fortunate to have found this gem on the Space Coast. Even though the main house was sold out for the Final Space Shuttle Launch, the Loft Room (a comfy attic conversion) was an excellent option. We had privacy, plenty of room, and slept very well. When they... More

My wife and I loved staying at the Old Pineapple Inn. Trees, shade, birds, quiet, and nice sidewalks in the neighborhood, but best of all were the warm and welcoming hosts, Bob and Celeste. Every need we had was more than satisfied. This is a place where we felt like we were home after the first few minutes -- and... More
