Our stay was not pleasant at this hotel which made our overall experience in Miami not so great. Parking or getting into our parking was just a mess daily. People were allowed to park in the loading section and take pictures, listen to music, and smoke weed (we had 4 children in our party). I confirmed twice to make sure our room was going to be serviced on our 3rd day and after a long tiring day we came to a room that no one showed up to. We also reached out to front desk that our restroom fan was not working and no one ever came to fix it. The other family in our party had to change rooms 3 times due to bugs and un sanitary rooms. Just a regretful experience here. I will definitely not be returning and will not recommend and discourage others from visiting this hotel.
We stayed three nights at the hotel and felt right from the start that this would be a good experience. There is easy access to parking garage under the hotel, and immediately a service member came to help transport all our luggage to our room. The room was great - nice and clean, comfortable beds, and probably the best shower I’ve ever tried. The staff is friendly and service minded. We received several text messages from the front desk during the stay, simply to check if we needed anything. Very impressive. Overall an amazing stay. Highly recommendable.
I have reservation at The Hilton Miami Downtown for a conference. I am simply attempting to change my reservation to add a night. After 45 minutes, I went to the hilton help page website. The website directed me to an automatic callback link. I was robocalled, back, and immediately put on hold. I am now waiting for service on 2 phone lines This wait, now at an hour and 40 minutes, and the continuous loop of the pre-recorded promotions, is completely unacceptable. Never again.
I’m a Hilton Diamond member who averages around 200 room nights each year. Hilton is my first choice whether my biz travel is domestic or foreign. One of my favorite properties is the Hilton Miami Downtown. Awesome new remodel, convenient self parking, nice restaurants, friendly staff, great gym, Publix grocery across the street. My only complaint is the executive lounge remains closed! Please take the shutters off! (I still love ya HDM!)
Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Had a 19th - floor room with striking views of the Miami shoreline. Convenience abound and friendly staff. Location right in center of upcoming Miami new districts.
