Me and my boyfriend stayed in Miami for 4 nights. We chose this property for our first two nights. I just want to give a shout out to the front desk Estovan- he went above and beyond to try to get us into a room since we asked for early check in. Formerly working in the hospitality industry-I can say that He embodies everything a front desk associate should: he’s personable, friendly and cares about making your trip a great one by getting you anything you need. The property itself is beautiful, close to wynwood, great restaurants, and a good scene. However to the owners of the property you should actually hire more than just one person on staff for mornings and nights, you need more people to help alllll of the customers coming in and trying to check in, as well as getting housekeeping to have the rooms ready by 3pm. Our room wasn’t even available until 4pm- when we first arrived early at 1pm trying to check in early. But it’s worth the wait I can always trust Hampton for clean beds, clean rooms, adequate supply of towels, and great service provided by the front desk staff. Overall this was a great stay, nice display of breakfast and coffee access 24/7, it was hot, never cold- and always replenished! Thank you for the great stay P.s. you have permission from the AC Marriott hotel next door for the rooftop pool and bar up there! Must see!…
Great hotel. Love the aesthetic of the room and lobby. Free breakfast was a great perk to have Friendly staff and front desk personnel especially Rachel. Great neighborhood in Miami. Would definitely stay again
Most friendly and accommodating staff! Rooms very clean and stylish. Very attentive to all your needs. Shout out to Zully and Angie., who were very welcoming and kind. Beds were very comfortable! Great breakfast!. We will be back! Just blocks from great shopping and food.
the people who worked there were really kind, friendly, and helpful, especially francisco, derek, and rachel! :)) they gave me complimentary toothpaste, water when i needed, and even treats! i will miss this stay at Miami. thank you :)
All was SO INCREDIBLE!!! The server, the attention, and the warm of the person in the reception, I'm so thanksful of my stay in this beautiful hotel, all was so clean, respectful and patience, THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!!
I was looking for a hotel not too far from the cruise terminal, this hotel certainly did the trick. It was very clean and room and bed were large. As it was only one night it was ideal, Miami is very expensive and £220 is a lot for a big standard hotel with no bar and restaurant. I took a mark off as the breakfast was very cheap and really substandard ingredients. Not sure about this hotels green credentials when all cups plates and cutlery are one use disposable paper or plastic.
Stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites for a quick business trip. The hotel was in a great location and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. The service was stellar. Francisco with Hilton's Hampton Inn was accommodating and was able to get me a larger room with an amazing view. I would definitely stay at the hotel again. Friendly service and a clean hotel. Highly recommend.
Plus - Great location, minutes from the MIA airport and the Cruise port. Plus - Staff pleasant and helpful. They were very informative about directing me to the shopping area that had restaurants. Rooms comfortable. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. Minus - The buffet breakfast needs some work. There would be less waste of food, if they improved the quality of what is offered. Some of the breakfast food is frankly inedible.
Francisco at check in was wonderful. We had issues with a hotel prior and changed to Hampton Inn. He helped us with a great room and was so kind and moved through the check in as quick as he could. The hotel is clean, great location and love the amenities. It was too cold to use the pool but I did use the gym and they have peloton bikes !
