Hotel's Favourite
Awesome hotel, clean rooms, great amenities and the best location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Alan at the front desk was always great to talk to, ask for directions, and helped with our luggage when we were in a rush. Couldn’t appreciate it more!

Amazing experience. I booked a pool pass through ResortPass for the SLS. Marta so graciously held all my baggage before my flight so I didn’t have to bring it up to the pool. Marta and the rest of the front desk staff also allowed me to work from the SLS lounge. Would definitely book this again!

All of the staff are excellent. Luis was super helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Whether it was as bandaid or a ride around Miami. He is a very nice man and I would definitely visit SLS again! Thank you for all of your help.

Luis bellman was the best! Amazing driver, all around funny guy- hands down made my trip!! Hotel was nice too, every staff was nice, i without a doubt plan to come back! One of the best hotels I’ve been 2!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The pool is very beautiful and the staff is very helpful too. But, the one person everyone loves, is Luis. He welcomed us in a very warm way and made us laugh every time we met him. I noticed that everyone who passed by him stopped and did a smalltalk. He is super helpful and a true gentleman.

Mr. Luis Bellman was very helpful, when we needed to store our luggage at the hotel. We were simply visiting family here and did not know where to store our suitcases, but Luis was welcoming us with a huge smile & told us that we could leave it at the hotel. He had a beautiful aura and gave us us such a sweet smalltalk. He even talked in German, which made us smile :) He knows how to reach people & he is wonderful at what he is doing! The hotel is wonderful, but entering the hotel with such a warm welcome with Luis, we‘ll recommend the hotel to others too! Thank you Luis!! You are the best 😀

Luis was amazing along with the front desk staff. Amenities were top notch! We absolutely loved the pool and gym. And the room/view was spectacular. Would definitely 100% recommend staying here at the sls.

The hotel is very nice and is located in a great place downtown and walkable to many restaurants, bars and shopping. The hotel rooms was clean and the amenities were nice. Luis Bellman was very courteous and always will to help with a smile.
