The room was not nice, I could not use the hairdryer, because it was too dirty. It was full of dust. The wall was broken. -the bathroom was awful. We stayed 14 days the breakfast was includive but we have got every day just bagel with cream cheese and banana. Absolutely not other option. It was too pricey. It was...

this is a nice hotel, very clean and accommodating.. well... Then I got my credit card statement and saw that after I left Florida there were some credit card charges. Mind you that the front desk had my credit card and license for two days before they decided to return it. There maybe a credit card thief there, just be...

Stayed for 2 nights when we arrived in Miami, very basic accommodation but perfectly adequate for a budget motel. Has everything you need for a short stay , decent air con, nice pool, decent breakfast, comfy bed and the staff are very friendly and helpful all for about £45 a night. If you only need a stop over for a...

From searching online for the best deal we were really excited to visit this boutique hotel. Unfortunately, I think the pictures may be a little dated, as described by other guests the carpets were stained and the tiles in the bathroom were falling off along with the plaster. The hotel is on a main road so extremely noisy. But put...

This hotel is very simple. It offers a clean hotel experience convenient for shopping and dinning. The price is reasonable and the service was very warm and friendly. The art deco feel to the property makes you feel like you are in Miami and it gives you a true sense of being on vacation.

My wife and I are loved this place. It's very clean hotel, the staff kind, our housekeeper did a good job everytime. The breakfast was ok. Near by the beach, takes 15 mins by car. Good neighborhood. I guess we will back.

Had a great stay here for 3 nights with my girlfriend. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, if a little small, and loved the retro Art Deco vibe the place had. The pool was pretty big and great to relax by and both Miami beach and Little Havana were only a 15 minute drives away. This...

Love the look of this hotel. It is very noisy, at night you hear everything, even with the free earplugs they give you. Also, no hot water out of the shower. Location is great and the staff at the desk is great, help you with everything! Booked us a great hop on, hop off tour.

A lot of noise at night being on Biscayne Blvd. A lot of traffic. Earplugs they supply didn't do the trick. I used my own. Wax plugs. Room was clean and well decorated, average. Lost my sweater in the room, went back a few hours later and it was gone.???????

This hotel is terrible. First of all, when I checked in, they gave me the wrong room number, and when I was inside I saw it wouldn't be my room because there was many things from others. What if the person was naked or something? Imagine how embarassing it would be. Second of all and the worst thing: my mother...

It was unfortunate that you were not happy with your stay, According to my staff when you approached the front desk you told the clerk that the hotel was at fault because your mom slipped in the shower, the clerk responded she was sorry to hear that your mother slipped and if you needed to seek medical attention. The clerk...
