Clean, extremely comfortable beds, breakfast and dinner in the hotels Mosaic restaurant was extremely good (the steak especially) the waiting staff were lovely, couldn’t do enough and the location is handy for the shopping centre too I can’t really fault this place

Nice room. Close to Metro station. Good service. But there was a major construction site next door (next to the fire house). The construction woke us up daily except Sunday at 7 am with the balcony door closed. Also, the bar in the lobby closes too early for a nightcap. Lastly, the pool is on the shady side of the building. Not much fun to swim in the shadow of a high rise.

It was a bit difficult getting folios sent to my email(I handle the expenses for a team of a finance company), but Luz(at the front desk, I assume?) was able to solve the problem I was having fairly easily. Very professional!

I loved staying in this hotel, it is very nice and with an excellent location. The room was nice, clean, with 2 queen size beds, nice bathroom, a TV, safe, free Wi-Fi, flat iron. It was situated at the last floor of Indigo, below Atwell Suites, which also belong to IHG. The hotel has a free pool and gym at Floor 6. Maybe a small place where to change in the pool area would be nice. Their staff was helpful. We got a late check-out (the only type, if available) from 11 am to 1 pm for free, after which we could leave the luggage in their luggage room until that evening. The location is also excellent, close to the free Metromover, to Metrorail, to a 7/11, CVS and Publix, to free trolleys going to several neighborhoods. Plus you can easily go by foot (or Metromover) to various small shops, restaurants, City Centre mall, Mary Brickell Village and the rest of downtown/Brickell attractions of Miami. You are well connected from there to practically everything in the area (when you don't want to take a Uber/Lyft), to the MIA airport and Vizcaya (by Metrorail), with Metromover and a bus to Miami Beach, to Bayside Markeplace, Tri-Rail and Brightline, etc. The area is safe. Where to start. Stayed here two nights and will never come again. Biggest problem is design. 1- Someone (either the architect or interior designer) decided to put toilets and shower against the wall that is next to your bed. Most importantly someone at IHG thought this was a good idea. All plumbing runs through that wall. If you enjoy the sound of bathroom from your own room and the one above you, this place is for you. You can see in the pictures all the plumbing covers on the walls! Bad design!! 2- The designer made an editor to physically hurt you. The bed platform is about 6” bigger than it needs to. Make sure you wear shin protectors! As an extra bonus, the sofa in the room also has another corner that sticks out on purpose. It’s like a game of avoiding getting hurt. 3- They can’t get the basics right. The task chair looks really pretty but it is terrible quality. The height could not be adjusted and the casters/leg kept getting on the silly rug. My kids can design this better. 4- In the shower, there is no place to put your stuff. There is a grab bar, which is nice, but no shelf. Really? How basic is that? 5- This is just for fun…but can they do cable management better. They have this huge black TV wall but all these cables are running out of it. If you can’t do things well, keep them simpler IHG design team! You are trying too hard. 6- I have a compliment. The regular phone is really pretty. Not sure who uses it, but it’s pretty. Never stay here. IHG needs to do better. They are doing crappy design work that looks cool in pictures but has no depth or empathy for traveler’s real needs.…

Very clean hotel. Waiter in dining room brought check and basically wanted 20% plus 18% service charge for his tip. 38%tip! We needed change and were told to go ask the parking valet. Desk chair in room was broken, shower door didn’t close tightly and water got all over. People at the front desk were very unfriendly. We did ask to see a manager to express our concerns, but it didn’t do any good. Our first and last time staying at this hotel.

The location was fantastic but there were a lot of glitches. When me and my two business partners checked in, they had rooms available for them and not for me. One partner’s room had no a/c and had to get a new room. Some issue with the computer wouldn’t allow me to charge bar, restaurant charges to my room. I had to have someone come to my room to fix the toilet twice. The rooftop bar was supposed to open at 5p. We sat in the bar until 5:40p before someone arrived. It was just unorganized and always something going wrong. Staff were nice and helpful but also seemed put out at times.
