Beautiful corner hotel in the Grove, conveniently located across from Coco Walk. My daughter loved our room with garden and outdoor shower, and especially the huge beds. Options in the minibar that weren’t too outrageously priced (and some that were). We enjoyed our meals at the Mayfair Grill and truly appreciated the wonderful customer service provided by Robert T., Fernando, and Owen. I chose this hotel due to previously living in Coconut Grove and because of its proximity to UM.

The moment I walked in the view of the hotel beyond anything. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The room exactly how it’s shown in pictures, and the in room bathtub to die for, everything was breathtaking. The entire staff were pleasant and to top it off dog friendly.

Excellent service on every level! Could not have asked for a better stay! The hotel is beautiful and in such a convenient location. I highly recommend making time for at least an afternoon (if not a full day) by the pool.

The Mayfair Hotel & Garden exceeded my expectations in every way. The impeccable service, combined with the friendly and helpful staff, made my stay truly enjoyable. The on-site dining options were a delight – each dish surpassed the last, eliminating the need to venture elsewhere. The rooms, notably clean and comfortable, boasted an abundance of windows, inviting in ample natural sunlight for a perfect stay. Highly recommended for a memorable experience.

The hotel is gorgeous, my group was impressed with the vibe of the property and the excellent hospitality. All of the staff we came in contact with have been on point, friendly and very professional . I have stayed in hotels across the globe from the Ritz to a Courtyard to boutique hotels and none of them beat what we experienced at the Mayfair.

Beautiful hotel in a great, walkable location but make sure to double check your credit card charges after leaving. We stayed here with friends for a wedding, and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, located centrally in Coconut Grove, and has a lovely rooftop pool. However, both before our stay and after checking out, we were surprised to see that the Mayfair made multiple additional charges on our credit card. Prior to our stay, my bank blocked a few attempted charges from the Mayfair, despite us having already prepaid our stay. I wrote it off as a mistake by the Mayfair and didn't think much of it. After our stay, we noticed an additional ~$300 charge, on top of our final hotel bill. We contacted the hotel and they "didn't see the charge on their end," so wouldn't offer any help, even after we sent the hotel a copy of our credit card statement. We ultimately ended up going through our credit card to get a refund. We heard this happened to our friends as well, but we'll give the Mayfair the benefit of the doubt that this is just a glitch on their end. Regardless, we're still disappointed in the lack of response / interest in addressing this, particularly given we otherwise really enjoyed our stay. …
