If you want a good night's sleep, ask for a room in the back and not along the road. As another review said, it sounds like the window was open all night and we were on the 8th floor. Traffic was steady all night. I had asked for a room with a king bed, but we were given a suite which was very nice; at the price I paid for the king bed, I felt this was a better deal. They charged me almost $8 more since I booked the room through Choise Hotel membership. We had to pay $12 per person for transportation provided by the hotel to the cruise ship. A taxi ride from the Miami airport was $50. The breakfast could use a lot of improvement. So many hotels to choose from so I would likely not stay here again.

This hotel has great views, super clean and the staff was amazing! We will stay again! Also is close to the Metromover to go down to Bayside. The breakfast was pretty good and near several interesting places. They have a shuttle to the Port too.

We stayed at Comfort Inn one night before our cruise. It did the job. We walked to Bayfront Park for dinner and hung out at the pool with drinks that we picked up from a close Dollar General (CVS also nearby). The breakfast did the job and took the shuttle to the port. It was a Nice Stay

Thank you staff for allowing a smooth check in, stayed in a beautiful king suite, very nicely updated finishes, very nice & helpful staff, very walkable to business and restaurants Breakfast choices were nice, I enjoyed eggs & sausage very much

My sister and I both had allergic reactions to the strong chemicals in the room from the cleaning products and sheets. My sister almost passed out. I had red, itchy skin. We had to check out and check into the hotel next door (Hyatt Regency). Also, I'm still waiting to get my money back. They said they would refund me, but I have yet to receive it. Also, alot of shady folks hanging around the hotel outside. Avoid this place.

fantastic location downtown great rooms some with excellent views staff are superb would recommend only has valet parking which was $37 per night when we stayed but room rates were superb so more than compensated

When we got there despite paperwork I had clerk couldn’t find reservation. She seemed untrained. Shy.Took so long I thought their computers were down. Gave us a suite but bathroom door wouldn’t close, bidet leaked water, tub/shower no safety features, nearly fell in tub, marble floor in bad shape and slick unsafe. Food delivered to Hyatt so asked directions. Clerk no clue what was near hotel. Breakfast hot food inedible weird eggs. Poor selection. No waffles second day the only good thing. Packaged muffins cold from fridge. Yes cheaper, nice large room but don’t have any better expectations.

I can highly recommend this hotel as from the moment you enter where are greeted by friendly, helpful staff to the moment you check out, you are treated very well. The rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast is varied with hot and cold food. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel was very clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. There is a BEAUTIFUL view from the back of the hotel and it's right next to a Metromover station - which makes getting around town so easy - and free! While the restaurant in the hotel wasn't open, this is in walking distance of several places to eat. The value for the price of this hotel can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again. Note - if you go, unless you're starving and can't find another place that delivers, don't be tempted to order pizza from the flyer that someone slides under your door! It is not good!

NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY OR TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION This Location does NOT care when people have stolen others credit cards and walk in USE the stolen card for multiple charges totalling over $700 and not check ID.. within the hour of the charges my bank notified me of the charges I called the hotel, they were completely unwilling to help, the people who stole my credit card was clearly IN THIER HOTEL and they did not seem phased. Wouldn't take the short amount of time to find the charges and know EXACTLY WHO IT WAS & CALL THE POLICE. Instead they said I had to call this morning at 9am to talk to the manager.. and when I called at exactly 9am to be told the the manager is unavailable has my information and will call me back... we will see. But by the time that happens the criminals will have checked out and gotten away with it.. NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY OR TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION…
