I was provided a room here by American Airlines when my I missed a connection at MIA. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great. Kevin was very professional and assisted me with several issues including providing a late checkout.
I was here with my family for 5 days. I made the reservation in the app and my digital key was available immediately. The parking lot was secure and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. They always answered the phone when I needed something. Their hot breakfast was good and the surrounding area clean. My husband had to use their business center for work every morning, and he had no complaints. The wifi worked perfectly. There are several restaurants nearby. The front desk would call and let us know when a delivery arrived, which I appreciated greatly. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Good locations with good value. Clean room. Friendly staffs. Convenient breakfast. Love to use the pool and hot tub after touring the city. Easy to commute to downtown, Miami Beach and national parks.
Arrived early off a cruise ship. Was offered breakfast while we waited for our room to be ready, which was ready much earlier than the 3pm check in. Room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very inviting and there was plenty of pool towels. Breakfast was included in the price and was quite substantial with plenty of variety. There was a nice bar and grill quite close by called The Berries, can thoroughly recommend it. All in all we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. This is one of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed at.
My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Hampton Inn in Coconut Grove! The breakfast is awesome and the breakfast staff are so attentive and helpful (thank you Flor and Libia for your kindness to my little girls)! The pool is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Although you must pay for parking, I’m thankful its available! Great stay!!
Standard hotel. The parking package is why we chose this place. The breakfast was included but was a standard breakfast. Parking is still $15 per day which when you add transportation costs you might as well just park at the pier. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
Stayed at this hotel for one night on route to Florida Keys. We parked the car in the gated car park which was secure but fairly expensive at 22$. We needed some local knowledge on arrival and the receptionist, Patricia, was so helpful and friendly. Just what you want on arrival after a long journey. The room was great, clean, with a comfy bed, good shower and thick towels. It was a short walk to the historic sites on Main Highway and restaurants on Grand Avenue. We stopped off at the Berry on the way back which is just around the corner from the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel had varied choices, good coffee and both hot and cold choices. Great to see the fresh fruit available with the cereal & yoghurt options. Only neg was that although the dishes/ bowls were paper there was no recycling option and they ended up in the bin with the vast amount of single use plastic. A good place to stay.…
We stayed at the Hampton Inn Coconut Grove for the Jr. Orange Bowl Tennis Tournament. This property is great for team and junior sporting events with a great pool, gym and healthy breakfast options in a friendly and fun environment. Berries in the Grove restaurant is within walking distance and is a great food option for a nice dinner. Parking is secure and the cookies and 24/7 fresh coffee are a nice touch especially after a long day at work. Well done Hampton inn Coconut Grove.
King room was very spacious. Shower was great, bed very comfortable. Could tell the room was newly renovated. Location was ideal for us, only about a 15 minute drive to Key Biscayne. Fitness center had everything you needed to do a solid workout. Included an elyptical, treadmill dumbbells up to 40lbs, exercise ball, and yoga mats. Only downside is that parking cost $22 per night. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed one night before surgery in Coral Gable. Is in a busy area but convenient to lots of restaurants. Looks to be in a very nice area that is really being built up. Free breakfast was tasty and evening cookies were a nice treat. Room was clean and comfortable. Typically nice Hampton Inn
